Plenty of parking. Nice small place to grab a couple of needed items. You'll get better proceed elsewhere but you can't beat the convenience is your close. Staff was friendly and fast. Better variety than the hardware area in Walmart.

I just had the most unpleasant encounter I could potentially foresee with anyone working in customer service. I called the store to verify the item I was going to purchase was in stock. I was told that there was one in stock, and it would be better to purchase it online and pick up in store. I place the online order, and when I called back to verify they had what I was purchasing I was told it was not in stock. This is somewhat tolerable other than the fact that I need used tools to complete a project. I spoke with the manager named Lane (she more than likely gave me a fake name), even though I approach the situation with the upmost, kindness and courtesy, she immediately became snarky, and aggressive. she maintains that attitude until I mentioned getting her name and store number to call corporate at which point her demeanor, slightly changed, and she tried to come to a reconciliation in the way of offering the other other tools at almost double the price.

Overall the store manager in the store entirely gets an F. They seem to treat their customers with the utmost disregard. I thoroughly care less about the tools and more about the way the manager handled the situation and spoke to me.

Something simple as really good silent service goes a long way.

I was greeted within seconds and asked what I was looking for. In the middle of a job I was looking for two items and quickly. The gentleman knew exactly what I was looking for and a couple minutes later my mission accomplished.

As a young professional, the gentleman was very resourceful and when I asked if he could order knipex brand tools (not carried in most stores) he quickly and politely helped me and they could👍

Granted I went to the closest hardware store to the job and if I wasn't in a rush the gentleman knew what he was talking about and was somebody I could shoot the poo with probably all day. Something that's lacked in the big store chains.

They do a good job of keeping items in stock that most people need so they don't have to run into home depot or lowes for minor items.

The employees all appear to be very knowledgeable and if they don't they will get another employee that is.

Their customer service keeps me going back.
