Zero customer service. We purchased two Allant + 9.9s bikes. Mine came with broken parts and missing screws. After multiple attempts to get parts replaced or repaired the only thing received after 7 visits, two paint chips. Never provided a part number of the broken items never received a call from a manager, even went to corporate with the same response nothing. After two years of searching I finally found the missing broken parts and purchased what should have been included on a warranty. We love the bikes but wouldn’t recommend the company to an enemy.

Dan did call. On May 5th I visited his store. A real professional. I’m uncertain why it took so long but after the call and the visit. Dan warrantied a part that is a known failure.

Again, we love the bikes I’m certain Dan will be there to take care of your needs.

Trek Bicycle Folsom is AWESOME!! We were in the market for a pair of e-bikes and had no idea where to start. We were hesitant to go in person (we are typically ‘research on our own’ people) but we are so glad we did!!!

Travis at Trek was awesome. Patiently answered ALL of our many questions, helped us find excellent bikes that fit what we were looking for, got us fully outfitted and even delivered the bikes to our house for us because we don’t yet have a strong enough bike rack for our new e-bikes.

I don’t think we will need to buy new bikes real soon, but when we do, Trek and Travis are our first stop!

I was looking for a bike to ride with my kids and I started at a big box store, where I test rode a few cheaper bikes. After, I went to Trek in Folsom and it was the right move. The Trek bike I bought was only a little more than the cheaper bike I was considering, but the Trek bike is vastly superior and worth every penny.

On top of the value, I got amazing customer service from Travis at Trek. Literally the best customer service I've had in years. Professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Thanks Travis.

Fantastic shop! My third stop in search of my grandson’s first big boy bike. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Travis. He is an Excellent listener. He took quick action to search and locate a bike not in their inventory. On confirmation we ordered and he estimated an ETA which was spot on as well. The bike is in my living room now and I can’t wait to see my Grandsons face when I hand him “the keys!” Thank you for the great vibe and attitude the guys in THIS shop have created. I am very happy to finally buy my first e-bike from Folsom Bike store. I felt in love with this e-bike when the first time I saw this baby at the Folsom Bike store. I kept circling the store to look for the perfect bike for me. The staff look at me and might be think what was wrong with me to keep circling the store 🤣🤣 Finally I made up my mind to bring this baby home.
Great quality of e-bike with excellent customer services. The e-bike staffs delivered my e-bike to my house and explained to me how to use the bike. They answered all my questions. I recommend anyone to buy the bikes from Folsom Bike store! Very happy customer 😂😍
