Tiffany was amazing. GreatCustomer Service. She took her time to go over couches and explore other areas on interest in the showroom. She was knowledgeable and generous with her time. I purchased the couch sectional, one of those big, beautiful padded rugs that feel amazing, and some flower pots that were on clearance! Left there excited for my purchase🥳 Let’s Go!!!!!!!

A very easy and enjoyable process while looking at sectional couches on the showroom floor. Bobbie was an exceptional salesperson and gave us space to look around but available for questions! She set up our order and responded to all of our questions in very timely manner. We can’t wait to receive our new furniture.

Walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon and greeted immediately. I specifically was looking for a cloth covered small recliner under $300.00. Saleswoman took us to a circle of recliners. I sat in two and selected one. Completed the sale. Saleswoman explained pickup/delivery process. She also explained/sold us the warranty for function/cleaning of material. We purchased. Our experience was great and short!

Went in needing to furnish a living room and bedroom. I appreciated our sales guy being interactive, gave good suggestion but did not hover. He gave us space and room to wander, which made the experience stress free. My elderly mother enjoyed the ice cream in the waiting area lol, which was a nice touch. Total A+ experience, absolutely will shop there again.

Danny at Bob's in Folsom was very helpful and helped us find our perfect couch. The prices are very reasonable, in fact, less than most places that I looked. What I also liked is they're not pushy and let you browse on your own. Thank you.

We purchased an electric recliner sofa from Bob’s Furniture, expecting quality and reliable service from a local store. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Within just a couple of months, the fabric started pilling terribly, making the sofa look worn out far too soon. The store associates aggressively pushed their overpriced goof proof protection plan, but when I needed support, both the store and customer service were completely unresponsive. Calls went unanswered, and there was no accountability whatsoever.

This furniture is not cheap, yet the quality is shockingly poor. I regret every penny spent here. Wayfair offers far superior products and customer service. If you are considering buying from Bob’s Furniture, think long and hard—this purchase has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. If I had not spent so much, this sofa would already be in the trash. Zero stars would still be too generous.

I had a great experience shopping at Bob’s yesterday in Folsom, CA. The salesperson, Tiffany, was very knowledgeable about her product (in my case, sleeper chair), and she was extremely pleasant to work with. Her direct Manager was very helpful. It was great that Bob’s had the item in the store, so I could see it in advance of placing the order. The warehouse has the time in stock and I am having it delivered in less than a week after placing my order!!

Friendly people did not bug us. Our order went smoothly. Great prices. Delivered in a week. A special shout out to our sales guy Marco and his helper when he was gone Jason. Both men were amazing and very helpful,kind. Marco went out of his way for me moving furniture to help me get ideas. Thank you Marco and Jason at the Folsom store.
