While the customer service is awesome and Kathy is very helpful and friendly…I checked on my unit and there was water dripping from the ceiling inside my unit. I told them and they brought me a tarp and some objects that stick to the walls to help absorb condensation, but it was too late for my things. I moved out a few weeks later and every single box I had, there were well over 50, was destroyed with mold from the water/condensation. Everything inside the boxes was also destroyed. Family pictures that can never be replaced. My dad’s law school diploma. Clothes and more. I am heartbroken.

When I walked into office, I felt so warm and Cathy was so friendly that I was Stunned!😍 I told her I really had an upsetting 68th Feb 1st Birthday week at a church shelter😡in Rancho Cordova that didn't thoroughly screen some the HART homeless who wanted to get in our van, thinking up a way to be their Uber! Our van is really My hubby's and my Home, but 1 of the bully female homeless wanted her way, but next day, a tiny hole was punchered in my tire at the church! So, still, nobody was getting in our van after I could have hit someone! Lord, I was So🙏gratful when Cathy made a great deal of a FREE month that lighten the load in our van and off my shoulders, which I wasn't even making any room for "tag-a-longs" being disrespectful of our privacy!🙄Cathy made us SO relaxed with her Chua-Winnie, Grace,🐶!

I myself have had nothing but a overall awesome experience with the manager, & my storage unit. Ive been a renter for 10 years,I've locked myself out of my storage twice and was accommodated with the help to get back into my unit (Free of Charge) I also have been a half hour late leaving my storage unit as I lose track of time, & the manager was very polite, respectable, & let me out of the lock gates with a smile and politely said try to keep track of time next time. Overall I recommend Blue Ravine Storage for anybody seeking a professional, positive environment!

Moved my furniture into storage for a few months while I looked for a house. I was told the insurance was only for major weather and fire damage so I declined it. When I went to move everything out I found there were rats that had clearly been living there. Ruined my couches and mattress set. When I called them they said that I should have notified them sooner and because I didn't have insurance there was nothing further the would do. She then told me they had been notified of a rodent problem but were only putting traps near the units that had complained. Now they wont respond to my calls or emails. Biggest waste of money ever!

I have been a renter here for about 5 years now and have not had a problem... they have always been pleasant and accommodating. and to tell u the truth... the prices are quite competitive!

Thought it was a good place for storing our household goods while we look to buy a house. Just went by to pick up some of our Xmas decorations and found RAT DROPPINGS everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!
Will have to clean all the crap off everything we stored there. They need to do a better job controlling the rodent population if they want to stay in business.
As we have now learned it's very typical of an FPI managed property.
