I wanted to get my wife a special cake for her 60th birthday. After some research i landed on the T&5 Cafe & Bakery. The reviews were excellent and the pictures of cakes on their Instagram accounts were very impressive. I went down to the shop where I was greeted by the delightful Miss Kong who was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I described the cake I wanted and we settled on a price. When I picked up the cake I was extremely satisfied. My wife loves gnomes so they set up a woodland, gnome scene for us. At the party the cake was a huge hit with everyone commenting how beautiful and delicious it was. I hope my wife gets me a cake from these folks for MY 60th birthday!

My husband brought home slices of tiramisu crepe cake, mixed fruit cake, strawberry cake, and matcha cake on Tuesday lunchtime.The mixed fruit cake was absolutely divine, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The tiramisu crepe cake captured the essence of espresso and coffee liqueur beautifully. The matcha cake stood out with its balanced, earthy sweetness. However, the strawberry cake was a bit too sweet for my liking. After tasting their cakes, I knew I had to sample their dim sum!

We visited this charming spot on a Friday afternoon. I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience.

The interior was beautifully decorated making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Everything on display looked so delicious that it was hard to choose!

We ordered Pork Shiu mai, D3-B Crab Xiao Long Bao, Lotus Leaf Sticky Rice, and shrimp dumplings. Every dish was flavorful and fresh, but the Crab Xiao Long Bao was the highlight for me. Mrs. Kong told me to bite it a little bit on the side so as to release the steam because the broth inside is hot! The rich, savory broth inside the dumplings was perfectly balanced with the texture of the crab meat.

Special thanks to Mrs. Kong for her tips on how to enjoy the dim sum and mix the sticky rice properly—it made the experience even better!

This spot is a must-visit for anyone who loves both delectable cakes and well-prepared dim sum. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Incredible shakes! Incredible boba! Incredible pastries! They use fresh fruit instead of powder. Exceptional quality. I completely drove out of the way to come here tonight. I'm a little bit of a pastry snob and this really met and exceeded my standards!!!!

I love this place! The people who work here are sooo nice and helpful! I bought one of their cakes for my husband’s birthday and it was so pretty and fresh and they helped me carry it out to the car. I’ve also bought boba and a slice of cake for my daughter. They have dim sum and fresh baked bread too.

Pork Shiu-Mai and Crab Xiao Long Bao are delicious! Love all the buns too, especially BBQ pork, ham, and garlic!

T&5 is a must-stop every time I’m in Folsom. I love their coconut pudding (in an actual coconut!) and the Portuguese egg tarts. The dim sum is delicious and served hot. The bakery items are made fresh daily and they have about every coffee, tea, smoothie and boba concoction under the sun available. I always get an iced matcha latte and a coconut pudding.
Customer service is always top notch and the owner is so sweet!

Super delicious and super friendly bakery here in Folsom. Mrs.Kong welcomed me so sweetly and picked out some pastries for me to try. I ordered the Lunch Combo (A) and a melon / jasmine tea as well. All for $30 which is such a good deal for the quality food I received! Excited to come back and try some of their coffee beverages as well.

I love baked goods and natural fresh fruit drinks. T&5 Cafe & Bakery has both of them, plus dim sum and cake. I can get my favorite foods and drinks in one trip here.

The store is so beautiful inside and they have an excellent outdoor seating area as well. I enjoyed a few dim sum and a drink at their outdoor dining area and purchased some buns before I went home.

The cakes at T&5 are the best in the Sacramento area. It's so light, soft, and not overly sweet. I can eat more without feeling guilty! Lol
