Very disappointed with this self storage. When we first started with this storage company, management was great, location is convenient . Since new management came along our rental price has gone up, we have to ask for a key for the restroom and to dump trash. Now we have some problems with critters that we never had the 5 years we’ve been there. That’s not right! I can understand price going up for increased maintenance but I don’t really see that. The unfortunate thing is we can’t move out of there just yet. So we have to deal with it.

Watch out for changing rent rates and poor service from management. Payments went from contracted $99.99 a month to $110 a month. Not worth moving out, right? Then my auto credit card payment covered the full month of January when I moved out early that month, old manager promised a refund and new manager is not complying, she also refuses to provide information to let me escalate this... very poor customer service.
I will never rent from Gold Country again and urge others to find a more reputable storage facility.

Managers Rod and Linda are cool. I've been in multiple units over the last 6 years. Gates are open early and stay open late which is really convenient!

I'VE BEEN RENTING THE SAME SPACE FOR OVER 20+ YRS.AND NOT ONCE HAVE I HAD ANY PROBLEMS FROM THEM. ALWAYS HELPED ME AND GREAT CUST SERVICE, ETC. DEBBI I HAVE THE BIGGEST UNIT THEY HAVE AND PAY $200 AFTER OVER 20 YRS..

The place is pricey for the unit's, seen droppings of some sort. They do have wide isles and the units are pretty tall which makes them good for stacking stuff high.

I Love this storage the security they have in place is the best. The location is not on a very busy street and the ppl who run it are very nice.
