They delivered my package on top of the mailbox! Not inside the secure mailbox that my apartment provided. And obviously my package was gone. I kept calling them every day to ask for their solutions, all they said is that the case is under investigation and they won't contact you back to give you the update but asking you to call them yourself to check on the status. Such a poor customer service! This has been 1 week now that I have to keep calling them to hear the same response over and over. You guys need a stronger customer service and obviously a better training for delivery staffs if you wanna call yourself a Freight company! Just give people a refund on their lost package so everyone can move on! Simple solutions!!

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I received an email stating my package had been delivered, but it wasn’t. When I contacted them, they sent a photo as proof of delivery, except it wasn’t my house. They had delivered my package to the wrong address. I reached out again to explain the mistake, pointing out that the house in the picture wasn’t mine. Their response? Another generic email saying, “We understand you wish to check the status of your order. We are checking this with our internal team.” What do you mean, status of my order? The status is clear, you delivered it to the wrong address!

To make matters worse, the photo they provided is of such poor quality (taken at night) that you can’t even see the package. All I can make out is what looks like a wooden box in front of someone else’s house. Now, expensive items that I paid for are in the hands of someone else, either because of their incompetence or, frankly, something more suspicious. How is it that packages with valuable items keep going missing? Either this company’s delivery process is broken, or they have employees stealing from customers. Absolutely unacceptable.

BE AWARE!!!!Nightmare I never experienced with this company before and this is my first time receiving from my online order, I ordered something online it’s kind of expensive stuff and you will know exactly what I ordered based on the boxes that the company sent. I was surprised they didn’t require a signature or proof of something. I been waiting for my order it said out of delivery on Saturday morning and I was home all day. ( I live in apartment that have safety mailboxes room) around 3 something it said my orders been delivered!! I look outside there no packages!! I went to mailboxes nothing! I know there are not right because it also said delivered to garage , I live in apartment there no garage. Please somebody needs to help me investigate this issue because I very needed that ordered.

I would give negative stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs! They will not show up for a deliver and then charge you a redelivery fee. Then, if you try to dispute it, they say prove we didn’t show up 😂 TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

I had a package that was out of stock in IKEA San Diego shipped to this TForce location - my first time doing so. I was a bit wary about the reviews, but I had a fantastic experience. The gentlemen who collected my package and used the forklift to bring to my car even helped me load it in. Thank you to that gentlemen for being super pleasant!

This was a morning pick up (I arrived at 8am, but they did say they didn't really start until 9am). Despite the reviews to date, this gives me confidence to make more special-case IKEA purchases again!

Second time i had issues with this shipping company. The first time they put the package specifically where i told them not to deliver it and it got stolen as a result. The second time I ordered something and this was the shipping company, I made sure to be more on top of them. I called and sent multiple emails which got no responses. They attempted to deliver it and failed, would not tell me why, but when they finally delivered it they still put it in the mailroom where all the packages get stolen and just completely ignored my instructions when all they had to do was go up the elevator. If you’re going to order zara, it is likely that they will use this company. For that reason, I will not order online from zara anymore and lose money

Awful. Placed a pick up order from ikea and it was assigned to this company / location for pick up. I arrived and followed the instructions, no other customers were here and it took them over an hour to bring out my order. No one really working, no sense or urgency, total waste of time and will be escalating all over to ikea to make sure they know that should discontinue business with this terrible company

Total nightmare company. Obnoxious staff. Delivery person tried to hustle me for money to do the delivery and when I refused, he claimed I was rude and left. Now they're forcing me to have a third party pick my shipment up elsewhere with storage fees in the meantime. Meantime, I don't even have the pickup address. So this is starting to feel like theft. I see they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. Going to go to the state DA and file a consumer protection complaint now.
