Pros and cons. The pros are, there is plenty of parking spaces available it has different food options to choose from the showers are decent.
The cons are the pumps, there’s always a line to fuel and I don’t know why they always have pumps blocked off. Today I went and when I was pumping my satellite pump was not working so I was only able to fill one tank.
And another con is the parking lot is dirty.
At the end of the day it’s a truck stop and there’s a 80% chance you will find parking.

Update : their pumps are bad and leak horrible. I will post my video of a pump leaking bad. There was no parking and there was only one and someone parked there personal car to reserve it. I don’t think that’s fair we pay our duties right and these guys get to park like that. I have seen that car over a dozen of times.

Don’t come here unless you want expired drinks and terrible food and service up front! First coming in today 12/31/24 the lady out front had an attitude right off the bat. Because I told her I needed assistance by the gloves. Due to them being locked up. So I tell her which one I wanted which it was under the price tag 5.99 but ended up getting charged 17.99 for them. The store needs to do better at making sure their employees are putting up items in the correct location. Second issue I had was with the lady up front checking me out not only did she have an attitude but she wouldn’t even let me type in my phone number to see if I had any points that I could use towards my purchase. She just completely skipped the screen. Then when I asked if she could go back so I can
Type in my number she started arguing with me telling me there was no point and that it wouldn't do anything for me. That I needed to go to the kiosk to use my points. It was so obvious that she didn’t want to be there. Like if you hate your job so much please find a new one so you won’t go messing up others peoples day! Third issue I had was the drinks being out of date I just
So happen to open one and drink it and looked down and saw it was out of date. I’m not sure if it’s a vendor issue or a store issue but either way any type of food and drinks need to be getting rotated properly for people’s health and safety!!! Then the last issue I had was their breakfast sandwiches sitting in the warmer. It was somehow hard and mushy at the same time! As if it had been there for a few days the meat on the sausage egg and cheese biscuit was so nasty I wouldn’t feed it to a dog! I have had them before at well kept stores and it was never like that! They gotta do better in this store period! And treat the drivers better we didn’t ask you to take these jobs and we spend our hard earned money and are constantly up charges in these stores then add terrible service and bad food on top is crazy work! I don't recommend coming here at all save your time and just go to the Love’s down the road!

Showers were not cleaned properly, neither was the toilet. Attendant was very snide. Store was clean, Bathrooms were clean. All three of the fast food places(Arbys,Taco Bell, Popeyes) turn their online ordering off so you can not order online and get your exclusives or rewards…it’s crappy they treat Drivers like that ! Do better ! If TA/FJ/Pilot can offer rewards…so can the above named businesses!

Yes to getting your live in Coachella CA truckers!!!! I.just found out that the service dept here did such a good job with our last oil change, that he wanted to come back to the same place. The young man running the counter Wan, and the young man, Matthew P, who performed the oil change took so much care and lubed everything up so nice. Let my driver watch him work and it earned his trust. So now we'll be headed that way and we called and got his schedule and soon we'll be back for another oil change! 😄 Thanks guys and a special thanks to Wan, he was really helpful today too and led me to find this piece of information out that will have my driver running safe, and confident 💖 maintenance ,🧰👨🏼‍🔧 engine 🚛 that's what keeps us in the road!! Thanks guys for the team play!! We appreciate you!!!

Awesome customer service coming from Chris came in for a cup of coffee.. machine was not working right. Chris fixed it right away for me. He Had a good attitude and ready to go. Good service will come again.

Blew a tire coming down the hill from Phoenix. It's about 4:00 in the afternoon today. Go in. Tell him it's trailer. Tire bays are empty. They tell me it's going to be 2 hours or so wait but they're busy. It's the middle of a shift change and call the leasing company to decide what tire to put on. They don't have any tire in stock that fits my trailer. It's not a special size. They have accounts for everything except Michelin and they only had Michelin in stock. So after 45 minutes of wasting my time watching one guy wearing sunglasses with hand tattoos do video games on his phone. Another guy playing around with a pocket knife listening to the radio and the guy that was helping me that was either brand new or shouldn't be working there. Just sit around so I end up leaving parking at the Shelly's Love's brings me out a tire. I'm back on the road. Avoid this place. When I left they still weren't working on trucks. This place has some things going for it, people were friendly, store is clean...However, tried to do laundry overnight and was told the area is locked and there is no access overnight...waited until morning...codriver and i went to do laundry and only 1 of 6 washing machines work.😡🤬 seriously... Drivers rely on these services and pay to have these services...at almost 7$ per load of laundry...TA should be able to afford maintenance or replacement.

All the responses about how seriously they take cleanliness is hilarious. This was like the one time I didn't have my phone on me, the filth on the walls of the men's room, the black gunk on the floor with the clean section in the middle the film of dirt over everything is weeks old, the walls appear to never have been cleaned, not sure if they even run a damp mop over the floor, either the manager of this place doesn't care at all or she's a female who never checks the men's room. With this level of neglect I would never take a chance eating anything here. I do over a hundred grand worth of business with TA Petro and this us unacceptable, your facility is home away from home for us.
