Very unprofessional. Was told to be here at 10am at the Bandera Rd location to fill out an application and discuss numbers. Nobody here. Nobody is answering the phone. A gentleman had been waiting since before 9am as he was told by the owner someone would be here by 9. If this is any indication of how they run their business, I can't imagine how they treat the employees or pay.

As a potential customer I would never use or trust this company. The management for this company allowed an underage driver to deliver in a rental truck. This driver missed the delivery location, decided to backup onto my property, got stuck in the mud and left deep ruts in my yard. At no time did this driver or the company agent who was at the scene contact me. I discovered this situation when the engine noise of the truck revving to try get free woke me up. They enlisted a passerby to try to pull the truck loose , went further onto my property took boards from the shed area all in the effort to run away before anyone would hold them accountable. If this wasn't bad enough the management of this company is ignoring my attempts to restore my property from the damage their employee caused.This is certainly not the behavior of a company I would do business with.

Very unprofessional company. The guy who works the office answered the phone once when I called bout not receiving my last check. And after tht they all went ghost n won’t answer my calls anymore or even call back. This company needs to go down and the labor board needs to get involved to help those tht this company didn’t pay. I know I’m not the only one.

Very short-winded, wouldn't even hear me out for what I requesting. "We are a professional courier service" is what she said and hung up. Horrible business sense.
