App shows information but the information is useless, doesn't actually provide progress of package but instead lists final destination the entire transit. Package requires adult signature but provides no estimate on arrival time. Vendor says the shipping partner is responsible, we ship says original vendor is responsible. Poor response when I called seeking clarity, no ownership of their role or responsibilities.

Chiming in here just because all of these one star reviews are a bit unfair, with a lot of singular bad experiences. (No one bothers to leave 5 star reviews when nothing goes wrong with a shipment!)
Our company has used WSE since 2018. Usually when something goes wrong - delays, breakage, etc., it is when packages are in UPS' possession for the final delivery.
Agree that tracking is the biggest problem, and customer service varies from great, to super sluggish.
From what we have seen they are working to make improvements - hopefully this updates to five stars someday.

Low cost for retailer shipping. Inconvenience for customer who ordered products. Pathetic. For what I ordered, I could have just went to the shop multiple times already. Nov 24 ordered, still no update that it's even moving. Today Dec 8th. Day 17. No update. Fulfillment gateway being processed.......

Poorest tracking on the planet with zero indication when something will actually be delivered. My orders from an online liquor service uses WeShip. Twice they left packages at my door without a knock, ring, or call (probably not legal). Just dropped it and ran. Third time it took 4 weeks to get from CA to me in OH. Tracking showed it was in transit, then today, out of the blue someone calls me from my front door step needing a signature. I had no idea they would deliver today so nobody was home. They could not tell when another attempt would be made, or who I call to arrange a pickup. I am left in the dark. Worst shipping service period.

Been 16 days since my item shipped, says it’s been moved to final mile carrier with no further updates on who the final mile is or when it will be delivered. Charges extra fees for signature required deliveries. Should only take a week at the most to deliver to the Midwest from California. Never again will I do business with any company that uses your service to deliver packages.

Was to receive a package via ups from we ship express at least that is what the tracking number shows. Says label was created 4 days ago and they still haven't sent my package. I'm beginning to think they stole my package. Complete scam. I just want my package.

User First the make you pay $6.99 extra for signature delivery, then they tell you 3-5 business days for delivery when it’s actually almost a month, then they give you some tracking number to an unknown company and then after about 3 weeks of no activity it says “no answer” and then “delivered”, when in all actuality no one ever tried to deliver it and it was never delivered. Good luck get the company to find out where your item is! One excuse after another!

I am very disappointed in this shipping service. I waited a month for my package to be “delivered”. After a month of waiting, the tracking website finally said it had “delivered, signed at door” however I still never received my package! Wish I could give zero stars.
