The Outdoor Adventure Store was fabulous! We rented 2 eBikes for the High Bridge Trail. We were in and out within five minutes with our bikes. The man that helped us was extremely friendly and went over everything for the bikes. He gave us some tips for the trail and told us the process for returning the bikes, awesome guy! The bikes were in great shape and we had an amazing time. I highly recommend renting bikes here and its feet away from the High Bridge Trail.

If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! Exceptional service! We just moved to the area and our older bikes needed some love. We did the pro tune up and were extremely pleased. Tim truly is exceptional! So knowledgeable and helpful!! Can’t thank him enough!

Walked into shop after a puncture on the High Bridge Trail, hoping I could get the parts to fix my tire. Tim was great! He was able to get my tire fixed up and allow us to continue our ride all with a great friendly attitude. When I punctured again a couple of miles later, I returned and he was just as good the second time, replaced my tire and fixed everything up. Saved our trip as we had travelled here to enjoy the trails!

After staying at Sandy River we ended our time in Farmville with taking a bike ride to the High Bridge. Unfortunately, I woke up to a flat tire like on the rim flat. This delayed our start time so the owner at the bike shop was contacted and they adjusted the bike times with out hesitation. He ensured we would have bikes when we arrived.

The bike ride to the bridge was very fun! Actually relaxing! The bike owner whom helped us was so nice also! I highly recommended the trip to this area. I will be doing this again and I cant wait to bring more friends to experience this wonderful experience.

Overall this is a repeat trip very soon and I forsee this becoming a tradition! I cant wait to share this experience with more people and to support this bussiness. I will forever remember this as the best birthday ever! Thank you !

The best and kindest customer service I have received! I was tempted to ask the worker to hangout with us after our ride. We rode the tandem bike and it was just a whimsical experience. 10/10, will definitely be visiting Sandy River again!

This afternoon I got a closer look at The Outdoor Adventure Store in the beautiful town of Farmville VA and purchased a nice t-shirt while there. The store is conveniently located very near a major entrance to the High Bridge Trail across from the Main Street plaza parking lot. Mark did a great job of explaining various facts about the store. A wide variety of rental bicycles and accessories are on display, and I liked that Trek bicycles are available for sale at this store. I used to have a Trek while serving in the U.S. Navy and sold it many years ago to my sailing instructor!
