We had a natural disaster at our previous storage unit and had to move our surviving items quickly. We found Storage Sense and we're relieved to find that they are less than a mile from our home. The facility itself is very well kept. The interior and exterior of the building are clean and well maintained. The security of the access code and cameras around the building is a great comfort. Another major bonus is that this building is lifted on a tall cement foundation so flooding should not be an issue.

We did need to contact customer service a couple of times with questions. It was easy to get in contact with the agents and they were professional, friendly, and empathetic. The agents were very knowledgeable and driven to resolve our issues. The resolution was prompt and effective.

Overall, a great move in experience and we look forward to continued great experience throughout our time using this facility. So far, definitely worth the cost!

My experience was awesome! Everytime I forget my code they were always easy to contact on the phone. The rental price was awesome. I paid half of the rental price of the prices up north. With extra space. Mind you, I am talking about the AC units. The security is good also. The cameras inside and outside of the unit along with a security code box. I have no complaints. I have rented a unit for 14 months.

We were in a pinch to locate a convenient storage space quickly. Sharon was amazing! She is very professional and understanding. She went out of her way to accommodate us. We made the arrangements over the phone and e-mail and had access to the unit the same day. The facility is clean, well maintained, and just as advertised.

Everything about the experience was amazing. Including the unopened lock they provide.
My only complaint was that I anticipated 60" by 60", and ended up getting about... 50" by 50" at best. This meant I had to completely redesign my plan. Would be nice if it actually was 5' by 5' (excluding the space the garage door takes up)
