They have excellent customer service and the online process was quite simple. In order to access my unit, I contacted customer service and within 2 -3 minutes they provided the access code to open the unit. Overall the customer service is excellent and the units are cost effective compared to other storage units. I would recommend Quick Lock to anyone seeking for a storage unit.

Signing up was easy online and the procedure for getting into the locker was clearly explained. Place was clean. Would be much nicer if there were lights in it, especially given the gourmet rental cost.

Quick and easy online set up. They had the best prices in the area as well. The office isn't currently open but you can always reach somebody by phone. There are lots of cameras all over the property which definitely gives you peace of mind, since it's a 24/7 location. The unit I received was a good size and clean except for a mouse that had passed away at the entrance as soon as I opened the door but it's the country, it's expected. I can drive right up to the door and unload with no problem. I like that the location is on a side street off the main road. So far, everything has definitely been up to my standards and expectations.

If I could provide zero stars I would just by the way business is conducted and as previously stated by others, the rudeness. I had water damage to my unit. It seems the more I reach out to communicate with the company, there are no managers available and they continue to stack charges without resolution or proper contact. None of this is within contract. Ongoing issue since July 2023.
