My Name is Steve from Adams Express Lines LLC, today April 15, 2025 we had great experience with picking up the load at this facility, we've arrived with the reefer trailer which was not dry enough yet (ice was melting still) and this shipper especially Beth Turner Warehouse Manager, driver was limited with English and when I take the phone to talk with her, she was very nice and friendly, I'm the stranger but she talked like we know each other for a long time, she asked first how I am doing lol, to dry trailer faster they gave their equipments and helped to us and agreed to wait for us, it is hard to find like these people nowadays, they could just ask to us to get out and take another carrier, but they helped, would love to come again! Thank you AgCold and Beth!!!

The loaders are very fast in and out under 2 hours but the lady who check in is very strict with the check in time , if you late then 2 pm she will not check you in . Even if you are 2 minutes late keep that in mind . Everything else is good they do have a washroom for drivers .

This is actually Namsemond Cold Storage. Very nice professional staff. Little slow on the loading. Arrived at 0840 didn't leave until 1057. Dock is a little tight and you have to back across a active side street. Be careful.

Friendly people loads are heavy so be prepared!!! There is limited overnight parking at the docks and on the street. There is several streets that are no trucks in this town so pay attention to your road signs . Lots of room to back in...
