They cancel your rides last minute and give your already booked ride to someone else. Personally have missed out on job opportunities because of the unprofessionalism.

Every time I call they're either closed!! Or they don't go there!! It's always some kind of excuse!! It can't be because they don't like me because they don't know me!! I have a really hard time getting around and they never help!! I've not been able to schedule a ride for 3 months!! I wish I knew a supervisor or somebody to call because they're sure no help!!!

I travel with MEOC several days a week to and from my work Applebee's. All the drivers 🤗 are nice 💙and polite and gets me from point A to point B and back to point A safe. Can't ask for much more. 😁

All thier drivers are nice curtious and helpfull with thier elderly patients they help them going up and down steps don't leave thier side have hand holding onto. Them until they get them. On bus or back inside house thank s to all of you

If it's one ride it's fine, but if you have to ride it continuously (like I did to get back and forth to college) they mess you up so bad. They have you retell them your schedule six different times and then get mad at you when you accidentally miss the bus because they messed up your schedule. If I could I wouldn't even give it one star. It honestly sucks.
