We purchased a fridge & dishwasher from BestBuy, and via a series of contracts, this company was hired to deliver and install them at our home this morning. They showed up almost 40 minutes late and were missing the dishwasher. My wife asked if they could wait a minute for her to get a copy of the order showing the dishwasher and they stated "no, we're behind schedule" (duh, they were 40 minutes late). She asked them to wait three minutes, but they simply drove off not delivering the refrigerator or anything else. They also refused to answer her calls after they left. My wife then called FinalShip to get answers. While she was animated, she was not at all unprofessional, rude or loud - yet the person she talked to told her to "calm down" after which my wife asked to speak to a supervisor. The person hung up on her. Shockingly unprofessional, unaccountable and clearly a horribly run business by people who just don't care. If you do business with Best Buy, make sure they DO NOT contract with this company for your deliveries.

Final Ship hired our company in December to perform a delivery for them in NC for Amazon. They initially agreed to remit payment in 1 week via ACH. Then when payment was due, they asked to mail us a check. After almost 3 weeks later, we received a check for partial payment from them. Three days later we were informed by our bank that FinalShipLLC stopped payment on that check. We have made multiple attempts in good faith to have them pay us in full. They have behaved in a very unethical and non-professional manner. To date we have not heard back from them, and neither have we receive any payment for our services. Our services were performed on time and with excellent customer support to Amazon on their behalf. We strongly advise any trucking company and/or Owner Operator to NOT do business with Final Ship LLC.

Contracted this carrier for one day's work as a trial for two drivers, which should have led to more business for them. One driver was professional, the other was unable to perform his duties appropriately. This driver did not follow our instructions for documenting deliveries and who signed for them, and the worst part is he misdelivered or lost a high value shipment costing our company $7,000+. When we later asked for help from this driver in finding the missing freight, we were told he was no longer with the company and they could not assist any further. They had an opportunity to gain a substantial amount business from us, but: A) FinalShip's driver did not follow instructions, and B) FinalShip could not have been less interested in helping us in finding this missing freight.

I am glad our company does the right thing and paid out the claim on our own, despite this not being our fault. Our only fault is giving them a shot to handle our business. Very disappointing as we paid them quickly and in good faith for their work. We still do not know what happened to this shipment, I am hoping this driver did not take the shipment for himself to make a quick buck on the side because it had such a high value.

Did Amazon delivery for them 2 months ago. They initially said that they paid by ACH within a few days of the completion of the trip. Since it was a week before Christmas they said they would mail ot a check. After a month of weekly containing them they sent us a check. We deposited the check and 5 days later we received notice from our bank that the check was no good. Contacted them several times and payment issues have not been resolved. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY DON'T PAY.

Drivers! stay away from this company they will tell you that they will pay you 250$ per day and then they pay you what THEY want this company is such a joke and they are gonna take down my review because they cant handle criticism
