She made my sons birthday perfect! I just gave her the details I wanted: cake flavor, size, the message, how many balloons, etc… she took care of everything! And the surprise delivery followed by his picture was the finishing touch! What a great service for someone out of state needing something like a birthday delivery done! Would recommend!

Trust ANYTHING with Infinite Errands.
Ashley was so professional, kind and caring. My dad came down with COVID in the middle of their tour of Denali. With a prescription called in to a Walgreen's in Wasilla, Ashley drove 4 hours, picking it up along the way. She delivered it to my mom, who was beyond thankful.

5 stars because she got the job done. I am thankful that she was able to pick up my item and bring to the airport. Communication could have been better honestly because I did feel like I was the one initiating texts on the progress of the task. She did tell me there was an emergency of some sort, I guess that's why she had a late start on Monday. I asked for priority shipping but I got general. My item still hasn't shipped from Anchorage, since it was sent general I was told it could take up to a week to get to me. I think if you could improve the communication with texts along the way letting the customer know the progress it will greatly improve your service! Thank you.
