Good business till you have a damaged item, bad management and poor damage insurance. Read bad reviews first before you trust the 4+ rating.

The movers broke our $1800 almost new TV and the management refuses to reimburse us for the damage at least half of the cost of it. They offered $300 and said that the contract stipulates that insurance covers only $.60 per lb.

So if they broke a couch, they would reimburse a lot more than for a very costly piece of electronics. I’ve moved many times by myself and used movers, never had any issues except light scratches on furniture.

The moving team was great though a bit slow…and the truck was a 26’, as promised. The move of 3 bed townhouse to 3 bedrooms townhouse. Lots of stairs, so I knew it was going ti be at least 4 hours. I was ok with the price.

I’ll be going to a small claims court and try to get my money back for the damaged TV. I’ll update this review with the outcome.

Less than1 start off I had an option!!
I had to hire someone to fix master bed that was not put together properly. My daughter has to get a new bed. That bed cost $800.00 and the company told me they are rejecting my claim to pay for the bed THEY broke!!!
They are unprofessional and will break your stuff! The movers did a HORRIBLE job for a move less than 3 miles!!!!
DON’T TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS!!!! They are scammers!!!! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS!!

The movers were very unprofessional and took their time moving us even when we helped them. They finished the job early by 1:30 and lied about the time they came and finished to get more money!!
Their was trash left in the front of our lawn - packing materials. I had to ask over five times for my receipt!

I am terribly unsatisfied with my experience with this company. They experience started shaky when a representative from the company sent an email to confirm my time slot. I called the same day to ask was the time definite or a timeframe because I was hiring another service to do work for me the same day and I did not want to interfere with what the moving company had. The representative stated that my time slot at 3:20 was going to be exactly at 3:20 and that there were no other jobs at the time scheduled for that day. Ultimately the movers never arrived until about 4:20, an hour after the time slot and tried to cancel on me repeatedly when all I was asking was for clarification of what time someone will be there. I would have been fine with a time range had the representative on the phone prior not say that it wasn’t going to be a time frame due to not having other work scheduled that day.

What made the experience even worse was my TV was damaged in the process of the move. When the movers arrived I had two TVs wrapped individually, free from any boxes. One of the movers stated the TV would be better supported wrapped in the wrapping provided by their company. I agreed to allow him to use the company wrapping. He then proceeded to place both of my TVs in a box that he removed from the company‘s truck. In this box he also placed two framed pictures and an end table. He also had the TV screens facing the other items instead of the TV screens facing the cardboard of the box. I stated, and the other mover stated this is not safe and that items were going to get damaged. I asked him why is he placing my TVs in a box. The mover stated he was just putting it in a box to help him get the items down the stairs to make it easier. He also stated that once he got the items down the stairs he was going to remove the two TVs from the box and wrap them in the companies wrapping that he already told me about. I agreed. When we arrived to my new home and they lifted up the back of the truck I seen that both TVs were still in the box that the mover placed it and he never took the items out the box and wrap them as he stated he would do. As per my contract this service is provided in the payment that I have made. I shared all this information with the companies claims department and they denied my claim stating that it is my fault due to the way I packed the items when I didn’t pack the items. Their mover did. At this point they will no longer respond to any of my emails or phone calls regarding the damage that their company cost to my television and I am extremely upset and I would not recommend anybody to use this company. They are not taking any accountability for the actions of their move even after the other mover stated that it was them who put it in the box and not me. Terrible customer service.
