My husband's flight was cancelled and changed had to get him to hotel and back to airport. Googled taxi services close to where he was y'all popped up on my screen. Scheduled a can to pick him up and take him to airport was simple and easy and the driver was on time. Thank you so much for your services I would recommend you to everyone I know.

My experience was excellent both way ways. The drivers were friendly and on time. I mentioned to Mohammed it was cold outside and he rolled the window up. Tell him I noticed that. Its called good service.

Price to pay the can rate theon app is wrong, lower than actual by 30%. After the ride is complete, the actual cab fare charged jumps up from when you click pay.
The cab was old and warm, no AC.
Just use Uber or Lyft.

We didn't know that payment through the link in the text sent by Yellow Cab for this ride didn't go through. Without following up with us Red Top / Yellow Cab banned us from future pickups. No call or text asking to clear up problem, just denial of service when we called for a subsequent ride. Waiting for Red Top management to call us back. Until then we're using alternatives. The ride itself was great. We left the driver a generous tip in the payment that didn't go through. Would like to get this cleared up.

Driver arrived promptly, but his driving was very bad. He tailgated other vehicles and constantly pumped the brakes hard, which made for an uncomfortable ride.
