The Ribs were very dry. The brisket was just okay, definitely not worth the $20 bucks we paid for the sample sized portion. The best part was the chicken and dumplings and that’s kinda sad. We made some new friends though! The 4-5 flies that wouldn’t leave us alone our whole meal. We got the brisket dinner and a combo platter with half rack and smoked sausage. Cole slaw, Mac and cheese, and two chicken and dumplings. Paid almost $70 bucks including two drinks. Not worth it. Especially since you have to bus your table yourselves and fight that tough meat with plastic utensils.

The food was beyond wonderful. The mac n cheese even pleased my picky eater child. The Brunswick stew was delicious, and I'm not a big Brunswick stew fan. The chicken and dumplings had a really good flavor, but a little too salty for me. We also tried the brisket Philly and that was very tasty. My catfish sandwich was very flavorful and perfectly cooked. And the customer service was also very impressive. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and smiley. The young man working the dining area was also very respectful and friendly. It's rare to find a restaurant that has great food and service. We will definitely be back!

Great BBQ, huge portions. Was uncomfortably cold in January (during senior bingo—not nice to freeze the old folks!) even with keeping all outwear on as I ate. Has the best bingo caller in the known world.

As always at any Bubba and Frank's, friendly staff excellent food although the chicken and dumplings is a little salty for my taste it was still delicious and the staff was absolutely amazing definitely a place to stop by and support a local restaurant that serves food made with love.

I am no expert but North Carolina style should hint of smoke without tasting like it and Bubba-N-Frank’s does it perfectly. I don’t know where my spuds came from but came out hot and crisp and delicious. A+ finding the best NC BBQ means I am limited to the sandwich or the platter haha, one day 😀

Let me tell you, this might be one of the best BBQ spots I’ve been to. Definitely worth trying. The staff is amazing and the food is so so delicious. Make sure you try the chicken and dumplings. The pulled pork sandwich was juicy and had great flavor. Definitely will be back again for more. Also try the hush puppies with the honey butter.

Food was good. Loved the sweet potato wedges. The only problem I had was the broccoli. It's was in a small cup with aluminum foil to cover the top. Not a good idea when you have juices coming out if the object shifts.

I ordered the BBQ chicken (pulled) entree with 2 sides and my husband ordered smoked sausage entree with 2 sides. The food was just ok but not worth the $55 that we paid for. The Mac and cheese is that industrial type Mac and cheese that is a super yellow color with extra mushy noodles. I enjoyed the baked beans, fried okra, and hush puppies. This is my 3rd time trying BNFs and I just don't think it suits me.

The service was okay and decor/location are good.
