Their furniture is very cheaply made. We purchased a full bed with a dresser. Dresser was broken upon arrival and the bed, one of the slabs gave out within a week. This was for a child so no reason it should have done that. We paid close to $1300. Also they charged us $115 for insurance? Didn’t even tell us about it, but definitely charged us for it.

Great experience! We found exactly what we needed in the show room floor. Paper work for finance was seemless and we were out the door in less than an hour after walking in the door! The bed frame is great quality and looks so good in our home.

I had given them a 5-star review in May but changed it to a two star after today's encounter with Katie. We have been loyal customers for almost a year and never late on our payments. We purchased 3 things from them and today I called about adding something and spoke to Katie. She called back and stated they had to run our credit and it was bad. I said it was that way last year and Jeff approved us, and she said I don't know how. She said she would speak to Jeff and call back but never did.

Update: Jeff contacted me from the Arab AL location an apologized for what happened with Katie. However, her behavior is unacceptable.

I bought a lift chair and on the third day the frame broke so I've been trying to get the chair repaired or replaced for the last 5 months but they keep telling me that they have ordered the parts I think it's just a run around trying to get me to pay pay off the bill I will never buy here again

Had a great experience so far. No pressure about buying, so we decided to buy bunkbeds for our grandkids. Everyone in the store was supper nice and friendly. Will indefinitely be doing our business with them for now on.

Bunch of rude and disrespectful people I ever had to deal after my perants pay off what they have which on be long we will never return to the store ever I would not recommend my dead dog to go there . Plus they will ruin your credit my dad credit was nearly 600 now it's 350 because of them worse place ever to go too I rather u go to Aaron's atleast they treat u with respect and like ur family and they don't ruin ur credit . This place doesn't not even deserve a star but had to give one
