I was genuinely surprised to see some of the negative reviews about the Mail Center, because my experience has been nothing but excellent. Jane, the owner/manager, is always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She’s assisted me with sending numerous packages—both for work and to family overseas—and has consistently gone above and beyond.
One thing I really appreciate is how she takes the time to compare shipping options and recommend the most cost-efficient service for my needs. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers, not just getting the job done but doing it in the best way possible.
The service here is fast and reliable, and Jane’s attention to detail gives me peace of mind every time I drop off a package.

I’ve had only great experiences at this Mail Center. Jane, who runs the place, is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She’s helped me ship both domestic and international packages and consistently takes the time to walk me through the best and most affordable options.

What really stands out is the level of care and attention she gives to every package. She’s thorough and genuinely wants to make sure everything arrives safely and at the best cost.

The shop itself is well-organized and efficient, and on occasion, her golden retriever Miso is there—such a sweet pup and a nice touch that makes errands feel a little more enjoyable.

This is definitely my go-to spot for shipping and mailing. Highly recommend!

I was surprised to see the reviews of the Mail Center. I have had nothing but good experiences there with Jane, the owner/manager. She has been super helpful and kind sending many packages for me for work as well as overseas to family. She sometimes has her golden retriever, Miso, there who is always a welcome site.

We have concerns about the honesty of the proprietor. We were charged 3 times (about $100) more than the amount that FedEx estimated for a letter envelope sent Express Saver. We didn't know this at the time and were in a hurry to send an urgent document (a single sheet of paper). We returned to the store and pointed out the significant difference between the FedEx estimate and what we were charged at the store for sending a simple FedEx letter. The owner refused to show us her screen with the actual estimate for the shipping or the actual invoice for the shipment from FedEx. We presented her with a print out of the FedEx estimate but she could not explain the $100 difference between the FedEx estimate and the amount that she charged us. She eventually accepted fault and said we had not been charged the right amount but said she would not refund us the overcharge. We greatly regret going to this business with our shipping needs.

The owner/operator of the facility bases her business on misrepresentation and providing wrong and incorrect information about USPS to procure business. Discourteous, arrogant, and non-cooperative. Dropped off an envelope yesterday to send it to India and the tracking doesn't even show that the package was received by FedEX. Overall bad experience.

I always find this mail center extremely convenient, and I can't speak highly enough about Jane's exceptional customer service. She is consistently friendly and goes out of her way to help with my shipments. It's important to note that she seems to manage the entire store on her own, catering to in-person customers. I'm surprised by any negative comments; Jane truly deserves appreciation for her hard work and dedication as a small business owner.
