Integrity recently constructed a Trex deck and metal-roofed patio in our backyard. The entire process was smooth and easy and we are so happy with the results. I highly recommend Jacob with Integrity C Builders! From start to finish he was on the job, always available to answer any questions we had. He didn’t bat an eye when my husband changed a couple things during the process. He and his crew did an amazing job removing a huge brick weight bearing column from the middle of our patio adding an engineered beam. Also extended our patio. What a difference! He and his crew went above and beyond what we expected and all in a very timely manner! We did look into other company’s, by far he stands above the rest!!!

I had Integrity Custom Builders build a deck in my backyard over an existing slab. Jake was on time, and friendly. He listened as I showed him some pictures of what I was looking for. Made recommendations based on the slab and ground area to work with. Took measurements and was easy to work with on price. He had the supplies ordered and began work quickly and had the job complete faster that I even anticipated. Jacob Frost and his team go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and taken care of. He follows up, is responsive, and truly cares & takes pride in his work. The quality of work and customer service is amazing! After being given the run around by several contractors during some home repair projects, Jacob and his team were a breath of fresh air to work with. Even if I had a project outside of their scope of work, he had referrals ready to go, whom also did great jobs. They show up, they’re punctual, responsive, and professional. Their work is neat and surpasses expectations. He’s a one stop shop for me and I truly don’t know where I’d be without all of his help. I hired Integrity Custom Builders to build a pergola on my 4th floor balcony. Jacob and his team took a lot of care to bring up all the materials to the 4th floor and I was blown away with the quality of the work, especially how much effort went in to ensure that the entire team was safe. Intergity C Builders took my City of Houston approved plans and delivered a finished project in a timely fashion. Jacob identified the team and oversaw the construction and finishing of an outdoor shower, covered outdoor living room and addition of enclosed bathroom to main house. Managing these 3 projects which required a number of different subcontractors (electrical, tile, flooring, framing, concrete, artificial turf, plumbing, painting and roofing) had its challenges. Jacob managed the subcontractors in a manner that held them accountable while continuing to keep them engaged until complete of project. Even when items needed to be touched up or reworked, Intergity C Builders managed the relationships with subcontractors so the homeowner would give final sign off before departure of subcontractor. Despite the challenges, Jacob managed my expectations and delivered an excellent finished product at an affordable price. New builds have few add ons but construction at existing homes bring unforeseen obstacles. Jacob handle these obstacles by identifying the different options and providing the different alternatives coupled with pricing. The thorough investigation of options and then the attention to detail during completion of the job were the two most distinguishing features working with Integrity C Builders. A number of my neighbors in Tanglewood have used Integrity C Builders. The feedback has been consistent in that they all have been extremely satisfied with the finished project.
