I had an excellent post op appointment with Caitlin Krusen PA-C yesterday, 8/18/21. She answered all of my questions, even a couple that I forgot to ask. Her easy, confident manner was comforting and reassuring. Her evaluation of my post op right total knee revision was thoroughly and clearly discussed. I left the exam confident that I understood what to anticipate during my recovery. Instructions for pain management, wound care, PT and the anticipated timeline for improvement in healing and knee function were clear and concise. I could not have had a better visit.

Caitlin is a good listener. She hears my concerns,
then offers a solution or reassuring words that calm or remove my worry. I also communicate with Caitlin through the Ortho Carolina portal. She usually responds the day the message is sent. We've had conversations about my medications, as well as post surgery expectations and treatment. It's a good feeling to know that I matter!
