This Sheetz and all the Sheetz in the Roanoke area have really gone downhill. Yes they have good selection. Yes their food choices are decent but they are an absolute filthy mess. Completely unkempt. Trash cans overflowing, creamer all over the counter etc... Also, they never seem to be able to keep the good flavors of creamer in stock.

I ordered some tacos, which I've ordered before without issue. Today they were virtually empty. When I showed the manager, her response was "Corporate has the meat premade in the shells. I can't control it, but I can give you a refund." She didn't even acknowledge the lack of other ingredients. Screw the refund, lose my business. On the West Coast I can get 2 for $1 cheap tacos at Jack in the Box with as much meat on one taco as all ingredients on three of Sheetz' tacos...

Please get new management at this location. This is beyond dirty. This is disgusting. How can Sheetz serve food? Service is slow and food is barely edible.

This is just sad, as a manager at my restaurant I would be ashamed to put out food like this. small almost burnt top bun, missing the fries, and the bacon. All of which I had to pay extra for.

Went in for cigs and slushy. The slushy machine had one flavor available and has been this way for over a month now. The counters in back had soda, ice, and trash all over. No medium lids, no large cups. The floors were sticky and filthy. My order number was 504 on receipt

This was the nicest sheetz I have been to. We came in and were immediately greeted and conversed with. We couldn't find an item on the menu and had a couple questions. Jay M. immediately helped me out and took care of us. He went above and beyond to take care of us. We'll definitely be stopping by more often and really appreciate his service!

This is my hometown Sheetz. I never mind stopping by for quick, daily needs. The store is satisfactory. I understand the bathrooms are great, which is no surprise with the company's reputation. I don't often buy the Made-to-Order food, but don't mind if I'm in a time crunch. I wish gas prices reflected trends that you find nearby in the city, but that's literally the price you pay for interstate proximity. I'm happy to keep supporting this store.

I really enjoy coming to this sheetz location. The staff is awesome especially Christen Tuckwille. If you could clone her and fill the store with more people like her, this location would surpass any other convenience store / gas station in the area!
