We went here at lunch time. Disappointed to find it was not a buffet. Was seated and the waitress, Mana was incredibly kind and attentive. She stayed on top of our waters and was nice to our kids. We ordered the crab Rangoon as an appetizer, the lunch special of sweet and sour and chicken lo mein. Our total ended up being $30.45. The crab Rangoon was hot to the touch when it came out. It was incredibly crunchy but the inside was cold and oily. Our meals were very hot. The lo mein had mushrooms which was unexpected. Aside from that the food was really good.

Have not been to Szechuan at Ridgewood Farms in a long time and was disappointed they no longer have the tasty lunch buffet, but the lunch special was a great substitute. I chose Shrimp Lo Mein, which comes with fried rice and an egg roll. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of juicy shrimp mixed with the tasty noodles and various vegetables (carrots, green onions, celery, bok choy etc) The fried rice was acceptable and was more flavorful with a tad of soy sauce. The spring roll was crispy and a little hard to eat, as it fell apart with one bite but was still delicious! The server was very attentive and pleasant, providing excellent service. This is obviously still a popular lunch location for all walks of life. The lunch special was delicious and an excellent value. The atmosphere is uplifting and attractive. I'll be making another visit soon.

Ordered the lunch special Moo Goo Gai Pan, which was absolutely delicious. Asked for no carrots, and my request was honored. The dish at lunch comes with rice and an egg roll, and the portions are very generous. The yellow rice was a tad bland, needing soy sauce to liven it up. The egg roll was excellent, crispy, and tasty. The hot tea was a real treat on a chilly day. The smiling wait staff were very congenital, and all our requests were met with positivity and promptness. I appreciate the offerings of a Light Special menu as well as a Light Lunch Special in addition to the regular Lunch menu.. I love this restaurant. The food is great, lunch is economical, it's wheelchair accessible, the staff are friendly and accommodating, the menu is expansive, and the decor is beautiful. 5 stars!

I ordered here tonight 2-24-25. My family's food was great, no complaints there at all. My food on the other hand was a 0/10. I paid $2.00 extra for all white meat chicken and what I got was chicken breast little to no breading that was so hard I couldn't chew it. So for $16 I got to throw my food in the trash. I am not rich by any means so Chinese food is a treat for my family. So disappointed in this experience.

My husband and I have eaten here multiple times and we have loved it every time! We have ordered multiple things off of the menu, and haven't found anything we don't like. By far the BEST Chinese food we've ever eaten!

I got the whole Peking duck I’m pretty sure they gave me a half duck I waited 25 mins for my food to come out ice cold just putting in that there’s no way that’s a whole duck this is what $51 gets you and also it was dry I went to another Asian restaurant and asked what did they think they said it wasn’t worth the money and it was “wayyyyyyy to dry”

Horrendous service. We ordered takeout. THREE HOURS later, we’re still waiting. Apparently, the “chef” lost our ticket. The front staff didn’t set expectations nor apologize. If it’s busy and it’s going to be hours, tell us. Instead, they made us wait for hours. Orders that came in after ours were fulfilled first. This used to be our go-to Chinese takeout spot. Not anymore. The service and flavor have gone downhill. Never ever again.

Absolutely not happy with the food. Will not be coming back. Sesame chicken was way over cooked. Crab Rangoon was a little.cold in the middle no flavor at all. The fried rice had no flavor even with veggies in it The plates look pretty but does absolutely no good when the food sucks

we ordered delivery from the Szechuan and were very happy. They delivered my Mu Shu Pork and my daughter's chicken fried rice with tofu, and they were still very hot.

The food was very good and reasonably priced. The servings were so large I'm having leftovers for lunch.

I recommend this place, at least for delivery as I've not been at the restaurant.
