Amazing service, super fast delivery, always attentive to details. You CAN’T go wrong with Xoom Cargo, by far the BEST delivery company out there! Do not send anything by air shipment to Venezuela. You may lose your shipment with them. There will be multiple excuses for the delays, such as Colombian customs withholding cargo. After many inquiries, eventually they stop responding. My latest shipment is likely to be lost and legal action may follow. In this instance, cargo was received by them in June 2021 and never seen again nor have they demonstrated any concern.

I personally think the people that works there are trying to do their best, saludos a Sra. Wilma y Natalia, my experience was not the best but it was not necessary their fault but they did everything in their power to fix the issues . I hope my package's get home soon.

I wish I could give less than a star to this place because my short experience with this company was bad. I send an email requesting a quote to send a TV to DR.

BEFORE me even buying the TV I send an email (reference attached) to them inquiring about their services. On the email I included the dimensions, weight and even put in parenthesis it was a 43" TV. Someone from the company answered me via email and gave me a price, which to me seems cheap, but it was really the first time I was sending anything like that, so I had no reference....I drove from Kendall to Hialeah to drop the TV and as soon as I got there I was told that they didn't make this type of shipments because financially made no sense (which is fine, but this was an information that should've being given to me when I wrote inquiring about their service 6 days before). When I explained that someone from their company gave me the estimated when I was very clear on what I was trying to send. Their excuse was this person was new to the company, that's no excuse.

I think it's unprofessional and disrespectful to have someone who doesn't know the basics of your business misinforming potential customers. I wouldn't even attempt to get in business with this company ever again.

I checked theur business hour fore driving there since Im far away. Surprised! Nobody was there to help me out. Please check the hour by calling them in advance sincethe Google hours dont match.
