I hardly ever write reviews but I need to on this one. Picking up shipments it awful. Every time I come here it's a minimum 2 hour wait. Employees don't care. No one seems to in charge. You have no idea how many people are in front of you. You just wait. Absolutely terrible. I will actively avoid shipping on Turkish Air because of this place. Utterly absurd how it runs.

There are a few steps you need to take.
1. Go to the truck pass lot first to get checked in and get a dock number.
2. Backup your truck to your dock and go to D13 to get your paperwork checked.
3. After your paperwork is cleared you’ll go to D19 and get unloaded.
My first time experience was someone great.

I am wondering how many citizens are get scammed by this campany. I got a cargo with them to pick up and the workers keep giving me appointment for 4 days finaly they ask me to pay 1,400 for storage fee.the storage fee is more than the product worth what in the world is going on. is the government do Inspection over this campany we need justice people are getting scammed with out any one notice. The funny part is I told them I am not gonna take the cargo and they say you will not able to ship with us again. May God see u and give your judgment.

Came here for the first time, and honestly, I didn't really know what to do or how it was going to turn out. My experience wasn't a perfect one. There was a bit of miscommunication. However, it was still a positive experience worthy of 5 stars because of a key ingredient: the right attitude from me. By having the right attitude (IYKYK), they helped me by writing on a sticky paper which papers I was missing and, ultimately, made sure that I was unloaded before the end of the night after a few attempts.
You will always catch more bees with honey that with vinegar. Be courteous. It changes the entire outcome and changes your entire day as well as theirs. These people are happy people. They get along well, and it shows.
Just don't forget to go to Truckpass first and sign up. If you show up skipping this step, you'll be returned to Truckpass.

Have your paperwork in hand. Some of the customer service personnel don't mind getting in the way of your schedule. Very shrewd attitude today. Given the other reviews this is the norm.

There is no management here. Like the other negative comments. There is no working system. The manager comes out of his office to focopy some ppw, and right after that he is back to his cave, hoping the day goes fast so he can be out and free of his own nightmare work environment creation. Who runs this circus anyway..

Scam: few boxes not pickup with in 24 hours will result is $200 storage fee. The staff just talks to each other on personal stuff. No customer service no automated paper filling so you just have to sit there for hours before you get a answer.

Personal for cargo drop offs have no customer relations skills whatsoever. Employees spend to much time talking to one another and on cell phones. These guys should look at thier competition so they can see how air cargo is done
