The staff are friendly and the food come out fast but they’ve consistently left out ingredients like bonito flakes on the Takoyaki

First time leaving a review for a place, which shows how disappointed I am. The chicken was completely soggy, so much so that the box broke open from the bottom when we lifted it out of the bag. It was not crispy and practically cold to boot - like eating day old chicken straight out of the microwave. I don't understand why I received soggy, cold chicken despite arriving early for my pickup order. I've had food here before and been pleased, but this experience truly soured me on this location. I'd rather find a new Korean chicken place than waste my money with another meal like that. If I'd been dining in and gotten this meal, I would've asked to have it remade because it was unacceptably bad.

No runny egg yolk,
No green vegetable, only strips of romaine lettuce and so much rice in their bimbimbap.
The chicken was very good and a good level of spiciness.

Tables are very well spaced out here so we felt comfortable dining in. Service and food were both excellent. Tried the spicy chicken Korean tacos for the first time and they were SUPER juicy and flavorful. And of course, the fried chicken...always hits the spot 🙂

I tried the new crunchy chicken bowl. It was good. There was a lot of rice and not enough toppings in my mind. The chicken was crunchy and tasty. I know many are complaining about the prices rising drastically lately. Bonchon prices are a bit too steep, especially in an area with so many other good options.

We recently got food delivered from doordash and yes it got added to my favorites list. We tried their soy garlic and spicy flavors in wings and drumsticks, they were simply yum. Love how their menu is simple and flavorful. Their seasoned fries were great too. I would definitely want to go back and pick up some different options next time. Highly recommend this one.

Walked in the restaurant and the tables were dirty. The customer service was horrible. Two guys did nothing but play on their phones and watch TikTok. Once they took our order they never came back to check up on us or offer any refills on our drinks. I had to yell across the restaurant to see where I had to pay or if he had to come to us. I guess this is why the restaurant is empty. Tip for the manger… get better employees or quit so that someone who cares can give this restaurant a fighting chance to be good.

Great tasting food. Fast becoming my go to place for Korean food. Food comes out, fresh and tasty. Just the right seasoning especially the soy garlic drumsticks.
