It should be ZERO star. We ordered a sympathy arrangement from their (Centreville Florist) website for pickup. When I picked up the arrangement on Saturday, I noticed that it is not what I ordered from the website. The arrangement supposed to be 25 inches high and 26 inches wide (picture 1 and 2) but the arrangement that I got was only 15 inches high and 14 inches wide (picture 3, 4 and 5). I told the lady that it is not what I ordered from the website and I even showed her the picture from their website. She then said she can add 2-3 white carnations to build the height. After I got home, I measured the arrangement and it is HALF the size of arrangement that I ordered. I called back to the store and left a message and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I WILL NOT DO business with them again and will not recommend anyone to use them.

I ordered my wedding flowers here and my goodness, everything was so beautifully done!! I wasn't trying to go all out with flowers for decorations since they can be very expensive.. but my bouquet, head table and corsages for family members/officiator/pastors were more than enough to make my wedding amazing! I loved every single one of them 🙂 fresh flowers, friendly and prompt customer service, will definitely come back for any flower needs in future. highly, highly recommend!!

Flowers are of great quality. Owner and staff are very friendly and fix issues with the service when they happen. I would recommend them for your local flower needs.

While dating my now husband he always got roses from you all. They always were good quality flowers - so good I used you all for the flowers at our wedding nearly 10 years ago. I live in California and needed a prompt delivery to my sister for her birthday in Virginia
Centreville Square Florist not only delivered with prompt service, but created a beautiful flower arrangements with fresh flowers for the occasion. The ordering process was very simple and efficient with follow up via email and updates. They made a beautiful arrangements with very little notice and delivered it on time! Top notch 5 star service!!

It made it incredibly easy to send love from long distance and the updates from them made the process feel secure
I was so pleased with their quality service and will definitely use them again for future occasions
Most of all, my sister was delighted with how beautiful the floral arrangements were and she loves angel and collects them 🙂
