MOBILE ONE COURIER has the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced! I had an issued with a delievery and the dispatch manager (Ms. Gibbs) was on top of the problem from day one. She was professional and curtious. She would check up with me regularly until the issue was solved. All employees at this company I spoke with were polite and professional. Amazing!! They could teach customer service!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that I die on the inside a little every time I have to deal with a Mobile One Courier. They are always rude, pushy, combative, and asking them any question results in them melting down and being wholly ineffective. They've shown up hours before the time we told them the document would be ready for pick up, then gave an attitude when another courier came back with an incorrect delivery deadline. Mr. Marvin Cox was unbelievably rude when asked to verify the items he was picking up with a internal routing sheet, and again, couldn't answer any basic questions. They've been disruptive to my place of work, putting calls with their 'dispatch' on speakerphone and nearly yelling into their phone for 20 minutes because they're confused. If you trust your documents with someone who seems like the embodiment of incompetence, Mobile One is the Courier for you. I however, would rather rely on a Carrier Pidgeon.

Good company. They work to accomodate your delivery needs. Jenny was excellent on the phone assisting with delivery efforts. Lots of flexibility room when picking delivery times. Cost points are also fair.
