The food here is always inconsistent. Spice levels vary depending on who’s working that day. There’s no portion control, there are several times where I received a sandwich with a chicken breast that’s as thin as my iPad… Lastly, the restaurant is filthy. The staff doesn’t care about hygiene so the place is always a mess with displaced chairs, sticky floors, dirty tables and spilled drinks. I’ve returned a few times thinking that it’ll get better and maybe they were having a bad day but that’s not the case at all. Would not be returning again.

Used to frequent HJs and had been trying to save $. Went for a splurge tonight and got the fries with chicken and extra pickle, was not like it used to be. Fries were good, too little of chicken, sauce, and cheese. Husband got the regular “Sando” for $10 ( for 2 chicken slivers and just as much slaw). Compared to the advertised photo… very dissatisfied and won’t be returning. Still 1 star for their amazing sauce and decent waffle fries. Can’t call yourself a chicken place when you offer an adult sandwich with less chicken on it than half a banana.

The chicken tenders were small and undercooked. The fries were cold and also, undercooked. Some of the fries were stuck together and those weren't even cooked, at all. I went between 6p-7p on a weeknight and attempted to eat in the parking lot. Food was trash. Avoid this place if you value your hard earned money and your health.

Come here a lot because it's good food and always quick! Sando is always on point and now a there is a expanded menu! Will have to try them and report back.

Ordered here several times. Liked the flavors and efficiency of staff. Typical new modern fast food place vibe. Chicken on the greasy side, and spicy really means spicy. So why 2 stars? Most recent order was somewhat undercooked. I was halfway through the sandwich when I realized the taste was different: chewy, bland... I checked the meat and sure enough the area I'm finishing was a bit wet and silvery, not dull white, looking. It wasn't too much, just a small part so I decided to heck why not and finished it. However, the wrap also suffered the same fate - small middle area looked exactly like my sandwich. To be fair, I got served undercooked chicken before, from various big chains and often I let it slided. Those few times I brought it to the restaurant's attention, they corrected it. I emailed Hangry Joe with photos and nothing! Been almost a month since. So there's my 2 stars. Will I come back? Not likely. There are plenty of chicken places out there.

Amazing hot chicken. The loaded fries was just perfect. The chicken burger was also very juicy and tasty. Only thing was the ‘medium’ spice level was very spicy, and I have a very high spice tolerance. 10/10 chicken. Only downside is that the food takes very long to be ready. We waited 20-30 min and the place was empty.

The food is always extra hot, because it comes out fresh. The staff is always very lovely and is good at giving advice on what spice level to get. The food is great, the quality is amazing I always love eating here.

Daniel, the manager was so nice to walk me thru the menu and tried to warn me that the medium level was a little spicy. Of course I didn’t listen. 🙂

The chicken was fried on the spot and came out piping hot. The coolness of the sauce and coleslaw helped to bring down the heat from the spice. I would order this again, but with mild spice
