So, we came here specifically for bowling and had such a great time!

We initially attempted to reserve two lanes, however, reserving two lanes required a $400 deposit. So, we decided to walk in at 12pm on Saturday, which was a much better idea and more feasible.

We had no issues with our lanes and had soooo much fun. For shoes and two hours for our two lanes, the charge was about $24 a person.

Both the managers and Mashal were so prompt and attentive!! Space was clean and staff seemed happy! Very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and the food! We ordered the pretzels, chicken sandwich, and boneless wings that tasted great! Solid food here and couldn’t be happier celebrating for our daughters birthday

I had an amazing time at Bowlero Centreville! The bartender Bella is very attentive and has great attitude. Every time I come in she always remembers what I order. She is very personable and responsive in times of need and is always there to solve the problem. Nothing stops her from providing top notch customer service.

Ayanna is always pertinent and attentive with customers and their needs. Ayanna consistently makes sure all customers are taken care of no matter what the task is. She has always been available to assist staff members during rush hours and insists on helping bar staff with closing out. She embodies a true team player.

We had our company Christmas party here this year, and it was awesome! Easy to book, easy to plan, reasonable price. Food was delicious, drinks were quick and well-made, and the managers came to check on us with perfect frequency. Highly recommend 👌 Will likely book again.

I've been to 2 birthdays at this location and they both have been awesome. However, one person in particular went above and beyond this weekend for my partners birthday. We came in to person on Thursday night 3/14 to discuss having a birthday gathering and just happen to meet Christian. This young man was everything that a customer service representative or manager should be. We requested two lanes at the end of the alley and he came thru. There is something to be said about good, quality customer service and more to be said about someone that cares enough yo keep their word to a total stranger. Christian, you made my partners birthday gathering most memorable and we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts. My only issues with several bowlero locations is that they do not answer the phones when called. We tried calling Centreville, Alexandria and the MD location no answer. Also, the female in charge of events planning should be replaced by Christian. We reached out to her, she called back, left a message and that is where it ended. No follow through which is most unprofessional. At any rate this review is about Christian and hates of to him.

Good place for families to celebrate birthday parties, and adults to have some fun after work, and or weekend. I would like to recommend the Bowlero to everyone.

The atmosphere is really cool with it being dark and LED lights in the middle of the day. The lanes have lounge chairs that are comfortable. But it lacks upgrades as the bumpers aren’t automatic. They also sat us in a lane that wasn’t cleaned with plates and cups at the table. This place has the potential to be great. We would come back and recommend it.

If you don’t care about bowling - it’s fine to chuck house balls and see what happens. If you do care about bowling, go somewhere else. The lanes are never oiled properly, the catches are always dirty, and the leadership aren’t bowlers - so they don’t understand why these things matter. Parties are the priority here and with parties being a lot of frustration if you do like to play somewhat seriously. I’ve had to have all of my bowling balls repaired after using them here, sometime it’s been large gouges other times it’s been many small ones. Fortunately, they will pay for the repairs but it’s a huge hassle to get them repaired and take time out of your schedule to deal with things that shouldn’t happen nearly as often as they do here. Look at the house balls and you’ll see the quality of maintenance on the lanes. They were all replaced in the last six months.

The bathrooms are gross - I’ve never seen the men’s room clean. The facilities in general aren’t clean; not filthy but there is a lot of room for improvement. If you’re tall enough to see behind the counter where you check in, you can see caked up dirt and debris.

The manager is not a people person. He always looks angry or annoyed. His reputation is well known within the local Bowlero and Bowl America facilities as the “angry manger”. While never rude, I simply try to avoid interacting with him because it’s always uncomfortable. The staff otherwise is friendly and nice. The bar tenders do remember regulars and are the one nice point of regular visits.

If you’re a league bowler, go elsewhere. Manassas and Fairfax are better for leagues. They care about bowling at those locations and the lanes reflect it. Leagues are viewed as a drain vs. an asset to this facility. They don’t care for them at all. Once mine ends, I won’t be coming back here anymore.

I suspect much of the attitude towards leagues, prioritizing parties, and skimping on maintenance actually comes from poor corporate culture that really doesn’t care about the sport and will sacrifice long term profitability for short term gains. It’s a shame as “Lucky Strike” corporate is trying to be the jack of all entertainment trades but master of none. Quit buying up competition in the space if you’re a willing participant in killing competitive bowling.
