20231014 came to rescue a betta fish stick in a little container. So sad. I can only buy 1 named Tesla, because I have room for 1. 😭
This store is very clean and merchandise is neatly displayed. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. They always greet me at the door. Their prices are reasonable for a store that carries items sold in the chain pet stores as well as some items sold at the specialty pet stores. Today I bought some Etta Says jerky that one of my pups love, a couple beef bones, and a box of milkbone that I haven't purchased in decades because I feed my pets high quality food. One of my pups took the milkbone but hasn't eaten it. She loves the Etta Says jerky! I used to buy them by the case on Chewy. I think they stopped carrying them. I am glad I saw them at Pet Supplies Plus!! They are expensive, $2 each, but so worth it because my pup loves it!!

Good easy place to wash your dog, the towels weren’t stocked when we got there but they got us clean ones in request. Shampoo was nice and the tubs were clean.

It is unfortunate to put this review but it is relavent to owners of SR pups to know this grooming salon is unwilling to accommodate sr pets who they feel they don’t want to accommodate anymore. I understand it is a business but there is a right and wrong way to do anything. As a consumer it is pretty questionable when a business books an appointment, then changes it so my Sr pup could get personnal grooming time as he cannot stay in their kennel for long periods (Note, I did pay more for this service and gave him a bath at home to reduce impact), only to be texted that will will be canceling the appointment. I was told when they first changed the appointment it was due to several pets being groomed and they could offer personalized time and the new time would allow necessary time needed. Now they wrote…’ Sorry for the inconvenience’! Kicked a sr pup of almost 18 yrs to the curb so they can groom more dogs at any given time … thank you Pet Supy Plus Centerville!!!

The cleanest I’ve ever seen my pups! Nicole did such a good job with them both. Friendly customer service on the retail side as always, a free bulk treat bag, and a ton of other discounts. Clean, fresh water at the door when they were all done. All ready for the holidays!

I normally come to this store after bringing my dog to the vet so that she can pick a toy. It's always been a great, friendly place to go. She loves the squeaky tennis balls from here (prefers them over the Kong Airs!) and they're a great price. It's customary to leave with many more items than I came in to get. Recommended!

I'm so grateful I found a wonderful self service dog wash. It's extremely affordable. Great location. The staff is great about making sure everything is clean and that towels are provided. It's a perfect place for washing my great dane.

Update: 8/21/23 no longer 5 stars.
I would like to update my review. They no longer are worth the price in my opinion. The price has increased while the service / amenities available has decreased. They no longer offer the treats to accompany your purchase. They don’t have brushes to transfer the soap onto your pet. Thankfully my dog does not have long hair so I don’t have to blow dry. They limit the wash to 20 minutes and the price is now $14 per wash.

This store really takes care of its customers, and goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer finishes with a smile on their face. The manager (Claire) is outstanding, and has put together a terrific sales force. One simply cannot enjoy a better experience than this store when shopping for their pets!
