Delivery at T-FORCE Chester, VA

1305 W Hundred Rd, Chester, VA
That will bring you to the entrance of this location.
If you type in 1121 W Hundred Rd the GPS will bring you around the back side of the warehouse and there's no entrance back there.
You must stay on hwy 10/ W Hundred Rd.
There is on-site overnight Parking ✓
At the front of warehouse on the rt hand side pavement. Before you get to guard house
Delivery-
Pass thru the guard house
Turn left follow road all the way straight back curves to the right T Force is the very back building.
Very sweet lady comes to greet you if you call and let her know your coming.
This is Huge concrete slab warehouse. There's Purina here and 5 other businesses here. T-FORCE is in the far back behind this huge warehouse.
By Appt only.
you can arrive 30 minutes early to your appt.
There's no guard.
The phone # on Google is bogus.
it's just a call center from India.
So they have no clue about this place.
Call your broker for anything questions you may have.
If you break down Freightliner is about 1 block away.
If you turn Right ➡️out of the parking lot, drive 2 buildings down
You'll see Freightliner on your right.

Just had a 250# pallet-load of fencing delivered by the most personable and polite freight driver I have ever dealt with. He was more than happy to use his pallet jack and move the entire pallet load into our garage. I was told that they are contracted to deliver it to the curb but he put it right into the garage. Great service, great driver, and timely service.

Once TForce was available to deliver our bathroom vanity on behalf of Home Depot, they called, scheduled the delivery and was here the very next day. They two men who delivered the vanity, Dave and Terry were so kind, helpful and professional! It was such a heavy vanity and they worked hard to get it upstairs for us. Thank you for a job well done Dave and Terry! We appreciate it!

I ordered a bath vanity from Home Depot 1st cabinet came broke, 2nd replacement came with a broken counter top, 3rd replacement made it to my city on 21st web site said delivery on the 22 no updated info on the 27th it just disappeared waiting on the 4th vanity replacement now terrible service

They are not very organized. I was notified of a delivery date that date came and went, twice. Then was left in limbo for a couple days with no way to find out anything about my package. I was given a 3rd date that came and went then finally got an update that it was finally scheduled for delivery on the morning of the 21st and it was finally delivered. If I could request the company next time I order a large tool from Home Depot I will request to use someone else for the delivery.

I can’t express enough how TERRIBLE this Freight company is!!! I have bought multiple items from a vender and every time TForce Freight delivers it’s almost a week late! They don’t care at all! They complain about having to deliver! If they were free I wouldn’t use them!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! your better off having your packages delivered by anyone else!!

So far not so good! Driver was inconvenienced that he had to make a turn in our parking lot, we ended up having to load him on a highway because he wouldn't pull into our parking lot. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. We have other trucks pull in and out all day and never have a problem! On top of that this is one of those companies that you can't speak through directly so you get the run around with call centers to make a complaint!

Awful!! One star is way too many! They have had my order from Home Depot for over a week. Supposed to deliver it on the 19th, then the 21st, then the 26th, 27th and then today. I had them contacted this afternoon at 3:15pm and was told they would have it to me by 5pm today. It's 6:30pm and they said they "aren't going to make it" and I will need to sit at home again all day tomorrow and wait for them. Pathetic and unacceptable. Can't even get anyone from THEIR company to talk to us...only Home Depot.
