The staff was very nice and helpful.I got there almost at closing, and they were still h e lpful not rushing me. I went there for chicken food and ended up getting an igloo type of dog house. also.The young lady said they were on clearance and gave me the prices.

Way better service than tractor supply. Better feed quality. (Well it used to be) But you have to get there when they are open. Been buying poultry and live stock feed plus my dog food from here for years. Changed their feed and hours.... Just lost a customer.

Ran out of hay . Farmer supply and my regular supplier did not have any. Was suggested to go here and even though they were a couple dollars higher and a 30 minute drive they had hay so that was a plus.

Good supply of gardening supplies, pet and wild bird foods. Decent supply of bagged soils, fertilizers and pest control for home gardeners. Larger sizes available for professional farmers. A little pricey but perfect for a quick purchase instead of driving into Lowe's in Mechanicsville. Propane cylinder filling on site too. Nice local feel.

While they have limited gardening supplies (my reason for going), they do have a lot of wild bird feed and some pet supplies. Mostly oriented towards farmers, they are friendly and helpful. In summer there are some plants. They do refill propane tanks which is really great.
