So I pretty much got stuck here when my Lyft driver dropped me off here. He said it is where I placed the drop off at. He said he couldn't take me where I needed to actually go. I ordered a new person and she couldn't find me even though I gave her the name of the place I was at so I told my driver thank you kindly because he was nice but I was really upset that I got dropped there. We go inside and ask for help. The staff working at night there had a team member take me all the way to to where the terminals it's are. It's a bit of a walk but she entertained my child while I navigated and talked to to her dad to figure our where he is. She waited for us while my daughter went to the bathroom. She brought us all the way until we got to where we needed to go. She is a great employee with a kind heart. These really are people people. Thank. My daughter made her flight and they took off.

I picked up a puppy at the cargo center today. The flight was delayed (not Americans fault). American runs a pretty good operation when it comes to shipping live animals. I was a little wary of shipping her on an airline, but my puppy got here in great shape. If I were to do it again, I wouldn't worry at all.

DO NOT PUT ADDRESS IN GOOGLE MAPS!!! It will have you drive in circles for hours.

Also- it would be really nice if there were circumstantial requirements on your list of other requirents.
Just drove around for 2 hours trying to find the building and couldn’t even ship our dog because of reasons that were not stated on ANY of our paperwork. Very frustrated this morning.

They simply didn't have the knowledge or the proper training to help with the type of shipment I wanted to get going, ended up leaving the place because they could help me; and get this Big reason to not help me in the begining was ( they said ) because the Printer 🖨️ wasn't working , anyways , i normally try to be positive , but I think American Airlines have some work to do there.
