I’m a disabled senior citizen. I drove all the way from Florida to Illinois. I got to the Hampton Inn at the North Aurora location on Sullivan Road I was supposed to have a king suite on the first floor because I am disabled. They said they would have one for me when I called to get my reservation upon arrival. They told me they had no such notes in the system to reserve a king suite on the first floor for me and said they would be happy to put me on the second or third floor. As you can imagine, I was truly disappointed after driving 1800 miles to get to my destination and be told that is wrong in so many ways somebody needs to look into the management staff at that location in North Aurora Illinois on Sullivan Road. I do not recommend anybody stay at that facility. Instead of checking in and relaxing I had to drive around to find a hotel that could accommodate me. The finest building, office complex with the greatest amenities. I keep going there to work on their wiring, but I get to enjoy the perks as well. The office workers there have access to the best cafeteria, serving healthy choices breakfast and lunch with much variety (hot foods, salad bars, grill, stone oven pizza, Asian stir fry, sushi, and components like nuts, fruit, bread etc). There is also a free gym so the office workers stay healthy and lean. If I worked anywhere other than my wiring install job - I certainly would want to work here.
Also there is a full Starbucks and tons of free treats for workers during times of holidays.
