If you are looking to buy an appliance this is the only option. Unlike Lowe’s they actually have inventory that you can touch, not pictures. I bought a Kitchenaid stove and could not be happier. Bobby and Rob are super knowledgable and helpful. They have seen it all, and recommended the perfect solution for my Island. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will be buying all my appliances from them in the future.

Poor quality and poor customer service. Purchased a GE large capacity dryer in February it quit working this week April. There respond if was the 220 plug. He was sure after I had to get an electrician to check the plug that was OK now I have to contact the GE service center for someone to replace the heating element. It should be replaced but according to them it's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. A 700 dollar dryer that lasted 3 months and now needs service. Chrisman should be ashamed of themselves. Never again will I Purchase anything from them.

I purchased a refrigerator and immediately had door problems. The technician came the next day and repaired them. He noted the repairs and said if it broke again I still had a 1 year warranty.
After 4 months it broke again. I called twice about the problem and never got a response. Never got a return call. I had to get someone else to repair it. Therefore I could not recommend purchasing from these folks.

Highly recommend Crisman's for appliances! We had some issues with the manufacturer and they were just amazing at helping us get the issues resolved! I will always buy from them. They have multiple stores so check them out next time you need appliances. They also have them in stock, so you don't have to wait for it to be ordered! Again, I cannot say enough about their customer service.

My experience with this business has been fantastic... I went in to look at mattresses and do some research about appliances. On two different days, the gentleman spent an extensive amount of time explaining about the different mattresses and answering questions about appliances. I was having a problem with my back and wasn't sure if a new mattress would solve my problem... he went so far as to suggest that I buy a foam mattress topper and see if that helps so I'd know if a soft one is better for me. I did this, and then went back and did buy a soft mattress. Got a great price, and they delivered my new mattress and took the old one away within hours of my purchase. The delivery men were clean, fast, and polite. I've found all the staff to be very polite, and in the store, very knowledgeable. I will definitely go there again when I'm ready to buy appliances for my new kitchen and/or laundry room. Highly recommended!

Bought kitchen appliances from this outfit about 7 years ago. I’m looking to upgrade all of them. Part of what I need is for the over the range microwave to be vented to the outside. Twice they took my and number and nobody has bothered to call me back. If they can’t do it or have someone that does it for them , that’s perfectly acceptable. But at least have the common courtesy to let me know.
I will not be doing any further business with this outfit.

We had multiple problems with our various appliances. One piece actually melted from a manufacturer’s defect. Incredibly, the owner proposed that our electrician rewired a faulty outlet to cover up the cause. I would avoid this business in all instances.
