i went to CCPS for 4.5 years (2018-2023) and i do NOT recommend enrolling your child here. when i was in 4th and 5th grade i went to bowling green elementary and classrooms, cafeteria, bathrooms, counseling offices, admin offices, etc . had roaches and was mold infested. the only way i know about the mold infestation is because my father worked for a company that cleaned H-vac and vents. i was always sick while being in enrolled in CCPS . i’ve the administration is horrible and does not do anything when your child is being harassed and bullied . the counselors laughed it off and told me to grow up and stop acting like a “big baby” and claimed that the children that were bullying me were just “playing around”. while i was also being abused while at home , i reported it countless times to the school BEGGING for help. they never once did anything , and again, laughed it off and said i needed to “grow up “ and that it was just “punishment” for acting like a disobedient child. i hope this message relays to each and every one that is looking to moving/enrolling in Caroline county public schools. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD ENROLL HERE!!!!

If your children ride this bus I strongly urge you to follow the driver one day. They endanger the loves of many children with poor driver habits. I understand people can be in a hurry but they need to remember all the young loves at risk when they drive very poorly.

This school is unfortunately run by a school board and staff hat doesn't have the students best interest at heart. There are constant fights. Disruptive and disobedient students are given a slap on the wrist with no respect for staff. My daughter has personally been assaulted at this school with no real response from the school. The school board makes up whatever it wants regardless of if it's a lie or not. Today alone in it's school board meeting it was stated that despite the CDC guidance of 5 days quarantine it is still going to keep 10 days, but then stated the per CDC guidance they would be maintaining mask mandates despite an executive order. They referenced a rule by a judge that granted a pause for seven school boards that filled suites not CCPS. And willfully ignored that Virginia supreme court threw out the other lawsuits against executive order 2. These are not educators that care about children but about there own self serving agendas. They have been seen in countless pictures without there masks violating there own guidelines. They should all be ashamed of themselves. And the superintendent is just as bad when asked about these issues I got a cookie cutter email response. Absolute garbage school and school district.

If you can put your children in ANY other school than caroline county public schools please do! It is so frustrating being a parent who feels as though they don't have any other choice. My oldest is a senior and my middle child is a sophomore and this school has caused so many problems and confusion for my children. Most of the faculty ignore their own rules and regulations, allow vaping and fights (if your child is popular or on sports), faculty allowing kids to board busses and go off school property with no permission slip or even just allowing them at dismissal to leave in any car with any person no permission from the parent. I have contacted the faculty many times and the problem is never resolved. Ive contacted the board of education with nobody seeming to care at all, just annoyed they have to actually do something. These are just some examples of what we have been through not including the embarrassment of their middle school experience. My third child will not be going that far in these public schools, homeschooling here we come!

The school is not cleaned the teachers do not teach (so there not teachers) and the principal is a racist because if you don't when in a fight then you are going to get expelled or 10 days of oss but the person that wins own get 2 or 3 days of iss or oss so never let your child go there you will get harassed and the child never learns. An then you go home and get yalled at first for grades being bad when you ain't getting the learning you need and never ride BUS 80 his name is chef jazz and he has favorite tizom.

The staff appears to have started a fight club. Videos of fights where the staff watch they don't break it up. I hope every one of the staff gets sued and barred from ever entering a school ever again. Kids going to hospitals now? Really? The principal should have been fired already.

My milk was spoiled, as was my day. Curling Iron public scoos would've given me a better education if I didnt retain so many diseases from the milk. Terrible schooling system, makes me wanna post about on Google maps
