The customer service here horrible. We had a problem with our stuff getting mold and mildew on it and I called to let them know and the woman just started yelling at me and calling me a liar. She would not listen to me while I was trying to talk. Never once did I ask for a refund or my money back for the items I had to throw away. I just wanted to let her know. Even though I feel they should have giving me something for my trouble. I would NOT put my stuff in their units again. It had not been in there 3 months and so much mold and mildew. And the lady was just rude very very rude.

Rented here for almost 4 years. I had a problem with a credit card and was reissued a new one. In the meanwhile the payment was delayed. Before I realized it I was at the unit moving some things and the management ran down and padlocked the unit right in front of me. Obviously not much willingness to work with someone who's been a loyal long term customer

Terrible service, no one ever answers, locked doors as we were in the middle of a load to clean it out . Worst I have ever used. Not recommended
