Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were prompt and courteous. Handled belongings with care and with thought to protect the furniture. Careful inside the home.
Made moving quick and easy. Moved my daughter from one apartment to the other in under 3 hours. Would highly recommend and would use their services again!!

Kevin and his crew did a great job and were a little early and worked quickly and carefully to move the bed and accessories I needed moving. Followed my instructions on both pick up and delivery to a tee. Was a little concerned as I had never used collegiate before and I had not moved for awhile and had bad experiences with other movers in the past. The price of 405.00 was much higher than I expected just to move a bed and two night stands but they did it within the quoted amount I agreed to and didn’t try and hose me by taking too long to move and deliver what I contracted them for which was a concern since their location is a little far away compared to other movers I got quotes from. I would use them again without any hesitation. I saw one reviewer say their young crew was rude and I really find that hard to believe. Most people that post a review like that are usually impossible to please and are never happy about anything and even though running a business it’s hard, it’s hard to have to put up with customers like that and not want to give back as good or bad as they receive. You simply can’t make everyone happy. Adrian, Kevin and his crew did an outstanding job from my perspective and I am very expectant and hard to please when you don’t do the job right and what I am paying for. No problem whatsoever. Outstanding and 200% pleased.

I have to say first that Adrian and his wife are truly professional and easy to work with. Kevin Simmons and Doug went above and beyond to help me move from an upstairs apt. that I had lived in for 19 yrs! I had to hire them again on the last move out day at the last minute and Adrian and Kevin made it happen! I was beyond stressed and they made it much better. Always on time, fast, and going beyond the call of duty. Nothing damaged and everything safely delivered to my new apt. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone that needs a professional, affordable moving company. Thank you!

I have on 3 occasions with in the last 12 years used collegiate movers. Adrian and staff are overwhelming professional and reasonable.
Moving is a stressful time, but believe you me one phone call to collegiate and Adrian means one less concern as they are extremely reliable they arrive promptly on the day of move. They employee courteous cautious hardworking staff to facilitate a safe and secure move.

The movers were ready on time, loaded everything quickly, and took great care with my furniture, many of which are antiques. They unloaded my belongings just as quickly and carefully. They happily moved some of the furniture around for me as I tried to decide where everything should go. Because they worked so quickly, I saved some money since the cost was partially based on time. I have moved at least ten times, and this was one of my best experiences.

I used Collegiate Movers to move my Mother from Assisted Living in South Carolina to Assisted Living in Roanoke, VA. They picked up her things from storage unit and then her room. They delivered things to her new room the next day and the rest to a storage unit. The movers were just awesome and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Short move for my Mom. They did an excellent job with the move. They were super nice to work with, worked very hard and efficiently, and were great helping getting everything in place in her apartment. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quality moving company.
