Ordered some pens from Staples. Package said delivered and nowhere to be found. Waited 24 hours before ordering some more, and 48 hours until calling staples to replace. Received the second set of pens that I paid for with “Already Delivered, Dishonest, False, Duplicate” written on the package. The original package was returned to me by management of another building after the second delivery. This driver is mistaken, and needs to be more accurate with their deliveries. Certainly burns to be called dishonest when I went out of my way to try and resolve their carelessness, especially over some pens.

The driver parks on the road instead of pulling in the driveway, drops the box on my steps and when I check the box it’s obvious it’s been opened. The tape has been peeled back and one corner of the box is ripped. The large pots and pan set that was supposed to be in the box is missing (no way it could’ve slipped out) but the two small thin items ordered with it are still in the damaged box. I confronted the driver the next week when he was bringing another delivery and asked if he happened to find a loose set of pots and pans in his van that “possibly fell out” of a box the week prior and he said he had never been here before. He’s delivered to my home 3 times already! I always look out and see who it is dropping my packages off. He’s in his personal vehicle. Just seems a bit unnerving . It would be nice if the company had drivers identifying their vehicles and wear a hat or badge with identification.

Ordered some winter outerwear from Columbia. Was for Christmas. These yahoos couldn't find my house, so just returned it as undeliverable. When I called supplier to reorder, inventory was gone.

Delivered my package to my neighbor's open-sided hay barn up the road..which is by itself in a field..really yall? 😂 Just glad I was able to figure out where it was eventually.

I had an order from Bath and Body Works delivered by Laser Ship, it was delivered to the wrong address, It wasn't even delivered to a house on my street. They took a picture that conveniently showed the package but no house numbers. The house they left it at isn't even on my street!! When I contacted laser ship about the problem I was told, and I am paraphrasing, sucks to be you not our problem and call the seller. Yep, some kind of customer service that is.

I ordered something off and didn’t recognize this company I looked at the reviews and was very worried buy the awful reviews. My package got to my house a day before the expected delivery date. The lady who delivered my package took it to my door. (Sometimes companies will leave it buy your mailbox because they are lazy) But my experience was perfect fine. The only thing they could do better is tell you when your package leaves and arrives. ( Which isn’t that big of a deal) Great Job!

I had an incorrect shipping address through the merchant. When I called the merchant, they told me I couldn’t change it because the shipment had already been processed. I contacted lasership and the rep made it seem so easy to update the address. THEN, on the day of delivery, I was contacted by my delivery person, Crystal, who wanted to confirm the corrected address. That really surprised me. Very impressive and kudos to everyone!
