I didn’t get their names, but the two men who delivered my Living Spaces couch today were incredibly courteous and even assisted me putting it together. They were on time, professional, and were gentle with my furniture. I wish I’d had cash on me to tip them.

My shipment arrived to them on 10/6 with a delivery date of 10/8, got no updates on anything and decided to call on 10/8 to see what the deal was, customer service was kind of rude and seemed annoyed over the call, tried telling me they did not receive it until the 8th (which was a lie as I have a tracking #) and then told that it was to late to deliver on the delivery date and would need to schedule it for the 10th, if I was able to choose the company my shipment was delivered with I would avoid this place, read other similar reviews as well

Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service. Was told they had no idea if they even have my package much less when it would be delivered!!

And I quote “Well, if you call back early enough tomorrow and we find it we MIGHT be able to squeeze you in.” So you won’t even bother to let me know if you found the nearly $10,000 server that you’ve been paid to deliver DAYS LATE at this point?

Seriously?

What a joke of an excuse for company.

My two interactions with Amy were unpleasant. She’s rude and unprofessional with an attitude like a grumpy misunderstood 13 year old. And since her supervisor “wasn’t there” when I asked to speak to them, I’ll leave this message here. If said supervisor or business owner would like to discuss further, please use my name to look up my contact number. If I don’t answer, there’s good reason, and I’ll return your call when I’m able.

I just had the best experience from this company and I pray I could get them all the time. I had a 185 lb crate that the guy had to unload he brought it right to where I wanted it he and I together got it out of the vvan and he put it out of the weather for me. Thank you for the most wonderful service. Best over fedx. Thank you all. Fedx sucks.
