Went in for an alternator replacement and ended up needing a new belt, some sensors and a bunch of other stuff according to Chris . I would have believed it if I would have seen him plug in a diagnostic machine or something but none of that was done. Also they left the bottom plastic cover loose and when I mentioned it to Chris he just stood there with a dumb look on his face , I don’t know him maybe he looks like that all the time . The guys in the parts department are cool, I mentioned to (Mike I believe was his name) what was going on and he told me he would ask them to fix it but no one came out even after I parked in front of their building and fixed it myself.

I had a "theory of operation" question regarding my Thermoking Tripac Evolution apu. I had an issue where the heater and generator wouldn't operate at the same time. I spoke with Chris in service and he walked me through everything. He was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I got my issue resolved within 5 minutes over the phone. I couldn't be happier with the experience. If I'm ever in need of physical service on my apu, I'll come to this location without hesitation. Thank you Chris for being nice and knowledgeable in your trade. It saved me a lot of headache.

I left my rig here for APU TriPak work. They got it in the next morning as promised and fixed the problem. As usual Thermo King service is pricey but at least they seem to know what they're doing. I sure don't.

Great staff, friendly and accommodating. My APU got an ENG code, they got me in while I was passing through and diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part I needed, but quickly identified another location (Nashville) along my route with the correct part in stock and I was able to pass through and get it repaired the next day. Highly recommend if your APU needs service.

I’m an OTR driver and was having APU issues , I called them and service guy told me if I could be there by 2pm they could get me in , it was a new unit so they repaired under warranty!! Can’t find service as excellent as Thermo King of Roanoke anymore !!!!
