My grandparents and GREAT grandma have been using this business services for over 15 years. They live on a small road with three house down it. It is a very maintained road that a truck could get down into. This past week they told them they could no longer come down there because it’s not a state maintained road. So why now do you say that when they have been giving you business for so long. This place is a joke.

I don't use their service but one of their drivers pulled out in front of me on Peters Creek Rd in Roanoke this morning around 3:15am. The guy didn't even stop coming out of the parking lot! If he'd hit me, y'all would be in a lawsuit!! Train your driver better! And I have dashcam video posted on social media!

I haul trash to their facility at least once a month, they charge $5 for cars and $10 for a truck load, you can't beat that, the staff always pleasant and respectful, facility is clean, hardworking honest guys, thank you for such great facility

The absolute worst! Changed recycling schedule and didn't tell anyone, didn't show up on the "new" date. Multiple calls to Support and requests for them to come pick up (for a service I'm paying for) has been ignored.

This company has been asked over and over again to stop collecting at Salem Wood Apartments prior to 6am. They’ve only gotten earlier. After slamming each container many times over, they reverse out of each dumpster surround with beeping non stop until the cycle repeats at the next container. Today it was 4:40am. Glad I’m up 3 and a half hours before work, Happy Monday! Added timestamped photo from this morning.

We use their transfer station and the staff are extremely polite and helpful. When I forgot my hard hat they loaned me one and so I remembered it from then on. The office staff are great and their payment system is easy to use. Beats the heck out of RVRA transfer station!

Apparently 5 am is the perfect time to empty dumpsters in heavily populated residential areas. I love waking up to my house rattling and hearing the screeching sounds of metal on metal when the apartments nearby are serviced, really gets the PTSD going. How is this not a violation of noise ordinances?
