Fantastic experience. Arrived 1500 for a 1600 appointment. Got me to door, loaded and cut loose sealed with bills by 1535. The dock guys are all cool and the ladies in the office are spectacular. They even gave me candy.

Would come again. 10 out of 10.

I’m not giving it a 5 because of where the park these box trucks. Right on the side of the dock not even pulled back so that drivers can get in properly. Other than that fast unloading. The warehouse guy came up to my truck as I was driving in which was cool.
Other than that in and out.

Enter on the far side to drive around the building. Park along the building and walk up toward door 10 to check in. Open your doors and back into the dock that is on an incline. When light is green retrieve your bills.
They loaded me 1.5 hours early and I left before my scheduled appointment. Total dock time 45 minutes. I would gladly return.

1-6-25: Garmin gps is not accurate for truck entrance. West Brooke Road and Brooke Rd, there is a truck entrance sign. You will be on the east side of the building and you will drive around the back (narrow) to west side. Check in Suite 900 man-door next to dock 10. Everyone were very friendly. At some point they expanded the approach to the docks which was extremely beneficial today with the winter storm and backing up an slight incline.

This place is one of the better shippers. Judy in the office is very professional and knowledgeable and will make the shipping process very easy. I will have no problem booking another load out of this place.

These people are so damn nice! They are spending the money to add to the concrete pad so we can pull up a little further to back in better. Who does this? Who gives a crap about us? As most of you know some of the places we go to are like impossible and beat the hell out of our equipment and nobody cares. Not to mention those people in the office are so incredibly polite. The shipping guy gave me an easy d o c k cuz there was already a truck in there and there's a lot of construction going on and he took that into consideration so I didn't have to back around the other truck. Again, who does that? I told them that we are going to be spoiled here and we're going to expect this treatment everywhere! Superfast loading. I wish every place was like this.. the only drawback is I don't see anywhere that you can park overnight to wait. You can wander around in the industrial park neighborhood and maybe you'll get lucky and find some place but for the most part there's a bunch of Boulders alongside most of the roads

Please read the entire review. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was fully loaded in less than 2 hours. Now here is a part that you need to read carefully. The signage is poor. As you approach the facility on the left side, go past the first entrance. Make your first left. Loop around the building. Park along the side and walk in to shipping and receiving which is on the far end. This facility is small and super tight, which is why it is one way only. Some super truckers don't bother to look at the maps and see the direction of travel is pretty easy once you look at a picture of the property. Walk and check in. They will call you with the door. Open your doors, back in, slide your tandems. Not a facility that you want to attempt to blind side. Not enough room. That being said, I still recommend this facility because they work hard, are polite, and keep to appointment times. Absolutely no overnight parking. Highly recommend not getting there more than 30 minutes prior to your appointment. Thank you guys for your hard work and politeness!
