We couldn’t be happier w/ Hilldrup! Fred and his Crew were amazing! Super efficient and fast. Very polite and accommodating! Their organizational skills were exceptional- all boxes were labeled and a final inspection was done to make sure everything was accounted for! The Hilldrup crew was GREAT! Friendly professional and easy going. They were exactly on time; they dealt with a super tight load-in site and a large truck to maneuver; took great care with all my belongings and clearly marked my boxes. They did all the packing quickly and efficiently. Basically, I’d hire Bobby, Demarius and Cameron in a second.

What a great experience! Our crew were top notch. We did a local move from Stafford to Dumfries. I was so worried I’d feel overwhelmed going from such a large house to a smaller one. This crew showed up on time, took great care with our items, and didn’t blink at the 20° temps outside. Jon, Billy, Nelson and Watt showed up again the next morning at the new house and had everything unloaded and assembled beautifully. I’d have never known I’d moved from 5000sq ft to 3000! It was so well organized and they took such great care. After 25 yrs moving with the military, I can see why this company gets great reviews. Thanks, Hildrup!

The group that delivered our stored furniture to us, which was led by Demarius York, did a great job. They had to move a very heavy piano into our house and it was really tough, but they persisted and were patient and got it done without any problem.. We were very well impressed with their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help us with whatever we asked them to do.

I recently moved from South Florida to Louisiana and was assigned Oscar Moreno and his crew from Hilldrup. having heard and read about many horrific experiences I was filled with anx about the move. I was assured multiple times that my things would be respected and moved without incident.
Oscar contacted me and introduced himself. he offered to pick up my things a day earlier if I was ready and they could deliver my items within a few days. This was acceptable and perfect for me.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Oscar’s Moreno and his crew through Hilldrup/United Van Lines. The service was exceptional! They arrived on time, communicated throughout the process, the crew worked hard and efficiently, very fun and professional. in addition to moving the items that I had packed, they wrapped my tvs and large mirrors, took apart my bed, etc.
The arrival time was as promised, and Oscar and his crew unloaded my items, put together my bed and headboard, and placed my items as I wished. I could not be happier with my experience!

We had the greatest moving experience with Hilldrup! Jessica, Jason, Fred and Tim were the absolute best and made it so easy for us to move. They packed up all of our things and dropped everything off so quickly. Will definitely use them again next time. Couldn’t recommend more.

Tremendous move, super professional crew and back office. I have made 10 military moves over 25 years in the military (where everything is paid for, all the packing is done of every item, etc.) This was my first move where I tried to do a lot myself and have a professional company move the heaviest items. Hilldrup Stafford gave me one of the best experiences I've had, of any of those 11 moves. Ben and Anne from the HQ/back office did a tremendous job with the FaceTime-type inventory and estimates, as well as the mid-move checkins and updates. Ben helped me amend my order when it became clear in the last 48 hours that I needed more help (I couldn't get as much done by myself as I thought). That was stressful for me...until I called Ben. He made it all work out. Then the crew of Jon H, Nelson, Eddy and Billy were phenomenal. There were quick, efficient, and put a lot of effort into making sure nothing would be damaged - roll out mats on the floor and carpet, never nicked a wall going up and down stairs, and so on. Every item was moved perfectly and Jon H kept me up to date on everything that was going on, throughout. I'll definitely call these guys first, if I ever have to move again.

Joe was our driver for United and Hilldrup
He made our move easy and efficient.
I like the fact that our coordinator Becky and our driver Joe were both in touch constantly during our move.
