Ellen in the office is superb! However the rude and disgusting mouth of the man Paul causes me to remove my belongings after 2 years. There is a mouse issue now for the first time as well. A lot of my stuff has been chewed up.

Can not access your belongings in storage unit after 9:00p.m. and not until 7:00a.m. Did not even attempt on holidays.
Really inconvenient for a night shift worker that gets nights off instead of days.
Even with gate code you can not access it.
The after hours number they give you is useless, because no one will call you back.
When I 1st inquired about a unit on line the Web page stated 24/7 access.
I moved my belongings to another unit that I could use any time (I) needed to.

Do Not Rent Here, every month they call and bother us about being late when we paid 3 months rent ahead of time. Find Someplace Else.
