We lost a wheel bearing on the highway heading intoVermont, and man I tell ya, Dave was a real lifesaver. I know he was only doing his job, but he didn't have to help us out as much as he did, but he did, with pleasure. Our situation could have been so much worse.

Every time we order parts from the store and go to pick something up, it turns into a project they never received the order. They can’t find the part, someone misplaced it! Time for a new management!

I have been there several times, 4 service personnel on computer while I stand there waiting for service and when I get the service, I can't seem to get good. My wife brought in a couple different size grease fitting and he said he had to order, should have been in next day, a week later I was told that they had no order for me. I was told the they had packages of fittings on the wall and they don't know why they had to order.
